After waiting 20 minutes or so on a busy Saturday afternoon, we were helped by one of the employees who helped me get a new phone immediately at almost the same price as fixing my old phone! Very helpful and kind staff!

What is the point in having a pay ahead and pickup option if you just wait for an hour to get checked in?

I was prepared to write a scathing review. We checked in with an employee and he promptly disappeared in the back. Crickets for 15 minutes. Two other employees ignored us. Finally, Taf noticed us (while he was helping three other customers) and came over. Helped us quickly and completely. If you go here, deal with Taf. He gets things done even as the others ignore you.

I would give this retail store and it's associates a higher rating if it was available. Chris (store manager), Roy (Connectivity Expert), and Taf (Connectivity Expert) have been incredibly helpful as I moved from Sprint/T-Mobile to ATT. I signed up with ATT with representatives at Best Buy and didn't realize how much of the transition was going to be my responsibility dealing with ATT on the phone.
After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve problems over the phone, I went to the local ATT store. I spoke with Chris and he immediately began to diagnose the issue and plan the resolution. Chris explained the problem to Roy and he immediately went to work and fixed the problem without any delay. After more unsuccessful calls to ATT for the phone exchange, I again went to the ATT store and Taf explained how to find the needed information and solved the problem.
Chris, Roy, and Taf were incredibly helpful and professional, and didn't even get any credit for the sale. That is outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this store if you're considering ATT. They saved the day for me.

I was put on hold for 35 minutes after asking if a phone was in stock, so I drove to the store while still on hold. That said, The manager was quick to greet me and Roy was great to work with to get my new phone set up.

I recently visited the AT&T store, and overall, my experience was positive. The store layout was clean and organised, making it easy to find the products I was interested in. I would like to give a kudos to manager CHRIS. His approach is appreciable he handles my concerns in the best way.

I believe the name of the rep who helped me was Latoyia.
I signed up for two accounts under a business account. Signed up for autopay as I knew I wouldn't immediately be able to create an online account due to work (my mistake).
I told the rep that I only needed insurance on one line. I also opted out of AT&T Next (the plan where you can upgrade in 18 months vs the standard timeline).
Fast forward several months where I try and create an online account and it seems she created the account under the Premier side which isn't the right type for my business. It should've been under AT&T for Business. Customer care eventually got it sorted out and I was able to get logged in. I see that the rep added insurance to both lines, added the AT&T Next option to upgrade quicker.
I believe this was a tactic as reps need services like these added to contracts to help them earn more commission. What's a shame is she did that without my knowledge and now I will take my business to another store as this location has lost my trust. I've been with AT&T for a very long time and very upset that this rep pulled a quick one to boost her profit.
Long story short, don't trust people and always overlook the contracts before signing to ensure you only pay for what you believe you're signing up for.

After four days of getting bad information and dropped calls from customer service over the phone, I learned this is a corporate store and they were able to give me accurate information and quick fixes.

They fixed my issue and gave me information about how the network signal works in my neighborhood in under two minutes. I'm amazed! I will be back.

Most of my experience with phone and store employees is very positive, particularly Dillon at the Corbin park location in Overland Park Ks! I was trying to close two phone lines and the uverse and just keep my internet because I will not be using them because my husband passed on 6/17! He was very nice , compassionate and very willing to help me! He asked ( a handsome black gentleman who I suspect was his manager) if he could accept the death certificate, he said NO she’ll have to call for that and do it over the phone! I said rep told me I had to go to a corporate store, which I believe they are! I told him they sent me to the store! He seemed irritated, excuse me, my husband just died and he could have been more respectful! Granted I didn’t look my best and I am not a pretty and young but he was arrogant with an attitude! Dillon asked me to sit down, gave me the number to call that would get me to the correct place, wrote down what I should ask for and what to say to get the best service! What a delightful young man! HE should be commended for his service and compassion!
I had also gone to a new store at 7853 W 159 Overland Park Ks 66223, I explained what I needed and he very curtly told me “can’t to that here, you need to go to a corporate store were just a retail store”! Maybe I’m just old and don’t know that there is no such thing as customer service any more, but if a person said their spouse had passed and they needed help, I certainly would have had at least one kind word to say!
Dillon is a credit to your name and he should be complimented!
