Wow. Taf first greeted me with a smile and kind word. After diligently assisting another guest, he quickly and professionally resolved my issue. Although I won't be returning for another problem, I may stop-in to chat with Taf. Keep it up!

Daniel went above and beyond in all areas. He was patient, thorough, answered every single question. I appreciate his expertise. Give him a raise!(I brought a family member back and she bought two phones and transferred from another carrier because of Daniel!)

AT&T is antiquated business only profits by acquiring other businesses. There are multiple layers of management with 3rd party contractual arrangements, so if and when a bad business transaction occurs, all AT&T personnel will point the finger at someone else.After nearly a year of dealing with a defective AT&T phone ( by an incompetent salesperson) with a malfunctioning service, I have endured the worst retail experience of my life,costing my company professional losses and personally traumatic emergencies!The salesperson was fired, but his firing did not stop my saga. The only way I had any response was to say, "Now I have to write at least 5 five complaint letters!" I wrote the letters to five federal officials and agencies.My complaint was escalated to headquarters in Dallas, Tx. Unfortunately, the management person Candance Johnson in Texas will only speak to the primary account holder.But for unknowingly being bundled with two important people, I would have walked away from AT&T and have AT&T to go to the small claims court.Without speaking to me about my concerns, losses, or my consent, Candance Johnson sent a third defective AT&T phone, which I refused. I can go on and on.This is not resolved .Bottom line, do not give any AT&T salesperson your ID. The AT&T sales person said I could be accepted but charged the account I was inquiring about joining $56.00 and signed me into a long term without my knowledge or seeing and reading the contract. I had no intention of joining the account with two months left on my own service. I went into the store to compare companies' plans and see about upgrading the phone to a different brand.Stay away from the retail stores. Most employees are part-time teens and do not give information about the product. Going into AT&T stores, one personnel said you have to watch UTUBE. Probably have affiliate programs that everyone someone watches the UTUBE, AT&T gets a nickel or two.RUN FROM AT&T!!

Ciro was very helpful in getting my Internet service, unfortunately he had the all too common exsperiance with the unhelpful customer service over the phone. Was unable to get service started that day.

I've been to this store before and had wonderful service. I attempted to get the same service when visiting to help with some troubleshooting for a new phone. The employee didn't attempt at all to help, but pretty much said he didn't have any training on the phones and I needed to go to Apple. He didn't attempt to get another associate to assist, as there were two others talking and free to help. I left with no questions answered.Pretty disappointing.

Went into At&T tonight and had the wonderful pleasure of working with Dylan swersky today and he was amazing and perfect to work with and make sure you go in and ask for him because his customer service was exceptional

What a pleasant surprise to come to a business where I felt welcomed and well cared for.A very special Kudos go out to Roy, and the manager, Monique.I've been to this store 3 times due to phone problems/questions, and trading up.Each time Roy went way above expectations, doing his darndest to make things work out for me and solve significant problemsHe took plenty of time, and was very kind and patient. Some of the very best customer service I've ever experienced.Meanwhile, Monique assisted him patiently and gently if a glitch showed up during the process.I'm in awe of their commitment to help.And rate this store a 5 plus!

I went in the 135th location to get questions answered and set up a new phone. Dylan was very friendly and helpful.When he had to step over to assist another customer that had an appointment to see him, the manager Jordan and another associate named Daniel stepped over to help finish things up. I feel like they went above and beyond to assist me and it was much appreciated!

Personal let alarm going of for 5 minutes and asking for support only what they do is referring to website despite highlight issues with this. Recommend the other ATT store in Overland
