They’re a hit, and miss kind of place. If you have to ask one of them, they get confused about the knowledge of vehicles. If they can’t type it in the computer, they don’t know what you’re talking about 1/2 the time.

Had to replace a car battery today. Enquired if they could fit it for me, and learned that there are certain vehicles they can not do, mine being one of them, and I looked into how the battery should be fitted, and managed to uncover the battery space. Great service and a chance to learn more mechanic skills.

Customer service is awesome! I came the other day after the snow and the guy was putting my battery in, the guy parked next to me backed out and was stuck directly behind my car where I couldn’t get out all the guys in the store came out and help push his car out so we could both leave. Super nice staff!!

Very bad ! I took a starter there to be test it , and the guy couldn’t hook it up to the machine to be test it ! He just said is bad . Seriously people train these people ! he was very rude about it ! I took the Autozone in independence ave. And the test it good ! Thumbs down in this place !!!!!

I don’t usually review things but the guy who helped me tonight was awesome. Not sure about his name but he was a Sales Manager and provided excellent customer service. I had bought the “wrong” bulb which was actually correct and he went through two return/exchanges and gave me some assistance with diagnosing an issue. Thank you!

Came in to get a battery charged and got my battery back, found out my screw and nuts were missing and told me to go somewhere else to figure my problem out.

Adam was very helpful with finding an alternator for me, and even went out of his way to assist me getting the new one dropped into my car. Please buy all of your auto parts here. The entire team was helpful and friendly.

This place is absolutely amazing, every-time I come here most of my needs are met. I went in to get a lock remover kit for my tires. Adam was very polite & helpful from the time I entered the store. Adam & Edwin even helped with removing the lock from tire. Exceptional service! Highly Recommended
