Tellers usually say hello..but they rarely say haveca great day or they say nothing after they finish your transaction. They could use a smile too.

After 13 years as a customer, I closed my checking account on 5 Feb 2021 and showing a withdraw and a cashiers check for the amount. On 25 Feb 2021 It shows I have an overdraft with fees. The account had been closed for two weeks and I have documentation of this. It was closed with a money market account at the same time. I have been sent random text from a lady named Karen Arnold saying they made the cashiers check out for more than I had at the time. She has not given me any documentation and apparently re-open my account without my consent. Fraud services has been contacted about this branch now.
