Very friendly and helpful, I went in to make a payment, which ran smoothly. I also needed to have something notarized, I came back when the notary was available, and they were expecting me. When I came back the notary was with a customer. When all was said and done, about 40 minutes has passed, no sign of customer leaving in the near future. So I walked out. I will never use that branch again.

Nice & quiet bank with a ton of great offerings.This bank is amazing for business clients.. I am super happy with my my relationship with the bank here. My son’s business needs are always fully met and they offer a ton of great services I didn’t even realize we needed.Starting a business can be hard, but they made it easy and helped us every step of the way.I highly recommend.

Very inviting bank branch! Employees were prompt and helpful along with being very knowledgeable on products/services. They have an outside ATM and night drop which is very convenient. Bathrooms were clean and my kid got a coloring book and a sticker! I highly suggest - very family friendly.Open from 9-5, Monday through Friday. They also take appointments if you want to ensure someone is available to assist you right away

Daughter called to ask about various types of accounts.. talked to manager and was very informed about what would be the best fit. Opening account was easy and painless. Definitely recommend this location

This is hands down the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Every employee at this branch needs customer service training. Also, the only bank that doesn't accept any type of wireless payments for loan payments. No wire transfers, no online payments, no payments by phone. The only accept paper checks. I completely understand why this bank has a 2.5 star rating.

Every time I come to this branch location, there is some “inconvenience” previously they’ve closed earlier than 4pm, now ATM doesn’t even work. Not sure this lobby is ever actually open? Hours 9:30am-4pm are not convenient, especially with no hours on Saturdays.

Not a comment on this location but an opinion on the overall organization. Trying to contact Bank Of The West customer service is one of the worst experiences you could set yourself up for. Every time you try, set aside a few hours to talk to a human. The wait music will drive you to madness and the little voice apologizes roughly every 85 seconds. I'm writing this review after the 58th time they apologized for wasting my day listening to their Hold music. Finishing this review after a total of 2 hours, 1 minute call length. The agent was quite snippy and would not let me complete a sentence or question without interrupting me with what she thought I was going to say. Overall, a pretty consistent, miserable experience with this bank I have had an account with for many years. For demographic information, I'm a 60 something guy with an MBA. I know business and how they should treat customers. This organization needs some house cleaning at the top levels.

This is the worst bank I have ever worked with.1. I'm trying to pay off my loan, you are limited to paying a max of $5k. And you are limited to 1 payment per day. So after 3 days and with only one payment left, I come to find out that you are limited to 3 payments in a month, so now I cannot pay off my load this month.2. I tried to contact them to find out HOW to pay off my loan. Sent them a secured email to which I got an automated response of "we will contact you within 5 days". A week later I decide to call in, horrible mistake. I asked how to pay off the loan, "You have to make your payments online" and the try to hang up. Informed them I made three and need to make my last payment, "You are limited to 3 payments per month". OK, but I would like to payoff my loan, "You can do an electronic transfer online". This call got me nowhere.3. Try to make electronic transfer online. Chose 'Transfer to/from My Non-Bank of the West Account" Error message "Currently, you're not able to make external transfers because you don't have an eligible Bank of the West checking account".

The mobile app has been down for weeks. They made no effort to communicate with their customers via mail or email about the compromised accounts. I finally had to call then was told I could reset my password which, of course, never worked. Half the time their ATMs dont work or no envelopes provided. Lack of communication and knowledge to be able to fix "the hack" proves they are no longer interested in putting the customer first.

So you charge me a stupid fee but tell me it will be removed when I call the branch. However, you don't actually remove the fee, and when I call ask why, you tell me you changed your mind but couldn't find my "information" to tell me, which allowed you to then charge me additional fees because I didn't pay the fee you told me would be refunded. Really? So glad I don't bank with you anymore. Hope you go out of business.

I've only been in this branch twice. Their customer service and knowledge levels are both terrible. Save yourself time, money and frustration - bank elsewhere.

This just a branch with no drive up and they are closed on Saturday, they do get busy and they will do whatever it takes to make u happy, staff is small and it gets busy they will entertain and knowledge u in the bank, u are a person not number
