They were in the process of restocking merchandise, as some shelves were empty. But store was clean and there was a few associates available to answer questions.

We received a pleasant greeting when we walked in, but it was all downhill from there. We spent 5-10 minutes looking at gas ranges and another 5-10 minutes looking at A/V receivers. No one ever asked if they could help us although we observed several employees lounging around chatting with each other. So, we went home and ordered a new $500 receiver from Amazon. When this store closes (and it will) people will blame it on Amazon but that's not fair. This store is in self-destruct mode.

This review is based solely on my dash cam installation experience with Geek Squad today. My technician did not introduce himself and wasn't wearing a name tag, but he appeared to be a Latino male of average height and build with a full, graying beard. He was courteous, helpful, friendly, and professional. He completed the installation faster than expected, which I greatly appreciated. Not sure that I would make the same purchase again from Best Buy, but at least the installation was headache-free!

The staff was very nice and made sure I was all set. One person went out of their way to help me and it wasn’t their department. Check out could be a little bit faster but all in all I am happy.

Still a pretty good shop. There may have been more employees than shoppers, tho they all seemed to be doing one thing together, and their individual jobs were second priority at best...The cashier was busy on his radio with something that had absolutely nothing to do with Cashiering, but the wait wasn't too long i suppose.

Curbside pickup guy was completely rude & unprofessional. What an unpleasant experience. As a company owner looking at this, I can clearly see why Best Buy is dwindling into what it has become. Never again for me. Simply much better, faster, and professional service, with no hassle just going with Amazon.

Initially, the customer service (sales guy) was great however as I continued to shop finalizing a large purchase it was very difficult to find associates to assist me. They made it seem like they had completed the sale and it was time to move to the next one... Also, their service-related employees were more preoccupied with socializing instead of providing customer service.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Best Buy, where dreams come true, and Amazon showrooms come to life! Yes, you heard that right, it's like the retail version of "The Jungle Book," where the wild Amazon products roam free in their natural habitat! Walking into Best Buy is like stepping into a portal to another dimension. It's a place where the physical world and the digital realm collide in a cataclysmic clash of price tags and product reviews. You'll stroll down the aisles, and you can practically hear the whispers of Amazon's AI algorithms, saying, "Psst, we have this same thing, but cheaper, and with free shipping!" The staff at Best Buy are like Amazon's secret agents. They're friendly, helpful, and armed with the knowledge of how to find the exact product you want on Amazon while you're standing right there in the store. They'll give you tips on how to scan barcodes with your phone, not because they want to help you buy from Best Buy, but because they secretly hope you'll go home and order it online for less. And let's not forget the Best Buy price match guarantee. It's like a game of "Let's Make a Deal," but instead of Monty Hall, it's you versus the all-powerful Amazon algorithm. You'll show them the Amazon price, and they'll nod politely and make it seem like they're going to give you a better deal, but deep down, you both know you're just wasting each other's time. The Best Buy Geek Squad is like the Avengers of tech support, except they're here to help you set up the Amazon Echo you bought last night after a few too many glasses of wine. They'll fix your gadgets with a smile, knowing full well that you'll be back in a week when your new Amazon Fire Stick arrives and you can't figure out how to install it. And let's talk about the in-store pickup experience. It's like a covert operation. You'll order something online, choose the Best Buy pickup option, and then show up at the store. They'll ask for your name, disappear into the back, and return with your Amazon package. It's so efficient that you'll wonder why you ever bothered with the hassle of traditional shopping. In conclusion, Best Buy has become the unofficial Amazon showroom, a place where you can touch, feel, and see the products you want to buy online, all while secretly plotting your next Amazon Prime order. It's a retail experience that's both comical and convenient, a true testament to the modern age of shopping. So, embrace the irony, and remember, when you're at Best Buy, you're just one click away from the ultimate Amazon adventure!

I don't recommend it at all. It is very bad service and not at all pleasant to buy there. I made a very expensive purchase of a gaming computer for my son and they sent it to the house exactly as it came in the box and they sent it in the same way, they put it on the door without a signature required and they left. I made a claim to best buy and they did not take care of the product sold, and they did not refund my money. How is it possible that Best Buy sends a package without brown boxes, being an expensive product. Please don't buy there. They are going to have a bad experience.

When I arrived and man greeted me and asked me what I needed. I asked if he thought it would fit in my small SUV and showed him my car and he said yes. Then he directed me where to go and called to let them know I was coming. I had to get a TV for my mom that was not too complicated. They helped me find the one my son found on their site and measured the legs to know it would go on her stand. Then then carried it and loaded it in my car. They made my trip so easy.

Best Buy used to be one of the best, actually the Best, but it is in the brink of closure. One of the reasons is due to poor customer service. Young guy who was at the service desk today was rude and unprofessional. I stopped going years ago, and had to today due to my job.

To be honest I would leave a zero star if possible. Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in to simply look at and get advice on a certain item. I was waiting over 30 minutes after already asking the front desk for help. I went and asked for the manager and got the same kind of response as I expected. No help and nothing to say. Whatever happened to friendly employees who wanted to help instead, every employee I saw was playing on their phone or talking to other employees. On top of that the store was empty, with maybe 4 or 5 customers. I will not shop at Best Buy again. More like the best joke. This is why companies are going out of business and online businesses are the way to go. After going back a 2nd day pretty much the same experience but when I was finally helped about 40 minutes later they were very helpful and got me what I was looking for. So 5 stars to the employees that finally got to me. 3 stars to the stressed-out manager and 2 stars to Best Buy in general. Sad to see one of my favorite stores go down like this.
