BUYER BEWARE! They do not specify that a gift card does not go for massages! Called and was told gift cards go for all services but when a massage was scheduled I was told it didn’t cover. Website needs to say it up front and not hidden from buyers!

I have gotten several Brazilian waxes from here in the last 3 years and LOVED how great the staff was and how thorough they were. I came back recently and was not satisfied. The new waxer seemed rushed and not very skilled. She was young, very sweet and professional but left me with a ton of stray hairs. She didn't use tweezers to do a once over or even clean me up properly. She also missed an entire strip of hair and left me with a large amount of wax that I had to remove. I got home and had to peel off wax with coconut oil which was very painful and time consuming! This was my go to place, I hope I just caught her on an off day and most people seem to really love this place. I did end up leaving l a voicemail, and sent a message to follow up on my dissatisfaction with the appointment and to cancel my next one and never heard back from staff.

Courtney was very friendly and worked very hard on my hair. The cut is perfect! The color we chose did not turn out 100% the way i wanted and even though it's beautiful because it wasnt what i wanted she only charged me for the product. I will gladly return on the future and am more then please with my experience.

Emily takes care of me for facials. I love the atmosphere of the private rooms. The music and lighting are on point. All of the products she uses smell and feel amazing. She's very knowledgeable and has the hands of an angel.

I had my first visit to BB today and it was amazing. The women who work there are wonderful and sweet, and I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the door! Emily did my facial and she was phenomenal. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep, and she just kept right on doing her thing. It was relaxing, invigorating and very enjoyable! I will definitely be booking another facial with Emily!

I'm going to preface my comments with... this was my first massage so I don't have much to compare it to but I can't imagine a massage feeling any better. It was a quick check-in process followed by an on-time appointment. Meagan did an excellent job, asking me how much pressure to use. For me, the medium was just right. She methodically worked all parts of the body for the full time. Check out was smooth with a couple of tips on how to maximize the benefits of the massage. A great job and worth a visit!
