Club Car Wash is the best wash for my Acura MDX! I previously went to Charlie's Car Wash on 151st & Metcalf. I'd recommend you never go to that Charlie's again. No free vacuuming & they ripped paint off of my mirror head and refused to pay for it. Club Car Wash uses care when doing the pre spraying with their workers. They provide numerous outside bays for vacuuming & even provide window cleaning for you! Love Club Car Wash!

I have been visiting this place for about 3 months...from the beginning I felt that it was the best in the area, but as time has passed I have seen how my car is left with a lot of soap after washing, and this has already happened to me on several occasions... I visit the place once a week and I haven't found towels for drying for three weeks in a row... also the vacuum cleaners are in poor condition... I hope they can improve this and I can change my review in the future.

Today I left my car keys, wallet and phone in my car. the staff at Club Car Wash (7140 W 121st St, Overland Park, KS 66213) went out of their way to help me resolve this uncomfortable moment. You guys are the best help a person in need can get. Carly thank you so much especially to you who went out of your way to help me.Club Car Wash you ROCK from now on my favorite car wash.

Was putting a few dollars of quarters I had in the tip box and an employee yells " we don't take coins" . Okay, how about you get nothing, because that's what I'll leave from now on. Normally my visits are 5 stars, but after today I'll go elsewhere.

Terrible company! I had just had body repair done to my Ford Explorer and had brand new $300 moldings replaced. I called the number on their website which dials into corporate. I asked to cancel my membership but they had just charged me for the next month this morning, it is non- refundable without 7 days prior notice! They do not CARE about customers, I asked to speak with a manager and was told if the manager felt it was necessary she would call back in 3 business days. Wow ?

We have been to a handful of different locations and this one is amongst the top choices for us. The length of the wash, the portions of soap and water, gets the vehicle clean (some locations unfortunately leave some soap behind, especially the mirrors and the rear).Also the service of the personnel that use the handle to rinse at the beginning did a thorough and quality job.Only recommendation we tend to think of quite often is having a serviced wash and detail. Not all Locations would accommodate this due to the the lack of space where they were built. What we mean by services is a drop off service that would detail the car in a variety of different levels. This would be best in locations that have businesses near by to wait and/or explore, and/or location on sight to wait comfortably.What do you think of having this capability of choosing a drop-off service option?

I requested for cancellation of membership, two weeks before it gets renewed t their office. I requested for a print out for confirmation of cancellation and person in office mentioned that the printer is not working and so took my email id. He mentioned that I will get an email in next 24-48 hrs. I was still being charged for the full amount. Upon calling the customer care they mentioned that the service was never cancelled and in-spite of the fact that I did not use their service, they did not refund the money back. Pathetic ! I would never recommend it to anyone.

Three months ago, four vehicles (including mine) had an accident in the car wash, so that day, they took photos of all the cars involved, except for the person who braked and caused it all. Today I spoke to the claims specialist, and he told me there was nothing they could do, as the accident was the fault of another car. So why didn't the car wash staff take the data or call the police to have the representative do it? Why didn't the team turn off the machines while the cars crashed inside? It seems an abuse on the part of the car wash not to take any responsibility for what happened.No one took responsibility

The club car wash in Overland Park put scratches all over my truck so I filed a claim and they told me there was nothing they could do now I’m stuck with a truck I’m making payments on with scratches all over it! Do not do to this car wash unless you want your car scratched up and not fixed

Beware of a 7-day cancellation policy that apparently exists even though it was never explained even after I asked multiple questions for all details when signing up. Customer service didn’t care one bit that they screwed up in the beginning by not mentioning it when asked. Can’t wait to pay for terrible service for another month.

Car came out gleaming!! Came in for the $10 Tuesday and I'm coming back for a membership. I travel frequently and it's awesome I'll be able to get the car washed at any of the clubs.

Awesome car wash, they have towels and windex, clean very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am very impressed & satisfied with the quality of service. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

The staff are super friendly and efficient. My car always comes out nice and shiny! I do not even have to wipe it down, it dries spot free. And the vacuums are free!

I was blown away by the customer service today, they came over and requested I go back through the wash as my car lives 3 miles off gravel and didn’t completely clean. They even upgraded the wash. I signed up for a package right away. They care about the work they’re doing and I appreciate their customer first approach!Services: Auto interior vacuuming
