Do not go here unless you are prepared to spend thousands. I took my cat that was in labor and not giving birth fully to a kitten. First option was $7000 for a c section. They decided to give her calcium and another shot to promote labor. After the shot they wanted to wait a short time before being discharged. They came back and asked we give them an hour as they could see another kittens sack. We came back as requested and waited an hour in the waiting room listening to Taylor and Kayla talk about what color scrubs they wanted from Cherokee and what colors matched the Blue Pearl colors. Thankfully they figured it out and was getting olive green, keystone and black. Finally they decided to check on our cat again. This time they said to give them 30 minutes. I called in 30 minutes and they said to come get her and she had not delivered the kitten. As soon as we get home she tries to give birth but the kitten wasn't coming out. I text the nurse and she said to come back in and they would pull the kitten out. Not quite I was told in a few more words pay $7000 or put her to sleep. I asked why they sent her home to begin with. The Doctor replied that the shots they gave her earlier could have ruptured her uterus NOT ONE PERSON mentioned this as a side effect I asked for my cat and left. They do not care about animals only about the highest amount of money they can collect from you.

On 1/25/24 we rushed our 16 year old beagle to blue pearl as he had not been eating and began seizing as soon as we walked in the door the staff saw our sweet boy having another seizure and immediately took him from our arms and rushed him back, we were eventually taken back to a room to speak with the dr who advised us that Stewart was very ill and had a brain tumor and ultimately advised us that it was time for him to cross the rainbow bridge, we were absolutely devastated and heartbroken but the staff brought our baby in the room on a stretcher so that my children and I could say our goodbyes and told us to take all the time we needed and to let them know when we were ready for them to come back in! The dr was fantastic and allowed us to stay with him through the entire process and walked us through everything that she was doing! Stewart passed very quickly and staff still let us take as long as we needed! Thank you for making such a devastating and traumatic loss as painless as possible and for taking the very best care of our boy!

Would give no stars if I could!!!! I was charged $200 to tell me my cat has a blockage and I can either pay $4000 to unblock I'm or I could put him down. I do not have 75% of $4000 on hand, who does in this economy? I'm taking my baby to a different vet because this one only cares about money not the animal in need...

Blue Pearl saved my cat’s life. Dr. Bragg was very patient and kind given I had MANY questions and fears. Matthew (Dr. Bragg’s Tech) was amazing, always called back and was incredibly informative. We drove 3 hours to get my cat transferred same day from my primary care VET in Wichita and they assessed my cat immediately upon arrival. Dr. Bragg was swift to complete tests and recommend treatment, within an hour of check-in. I’m very thankful. While cost of care is expensive, it is absolutely worth it. The care coordinator was transparent about estimates for care and we never felt confused about the $$. If your fur-child is sick and needs saved, bring them here.

My cat was wobbly went I took her in. They said it could be an ear infection. After a blood test and after waiting almost three hours, they brought her back in the carrier for check out with meds for the ear infection.I opened the carrier while driving home and found kitty collapsed on one side. At home I had a hard time getting her out of the carrier because she was in pain and crying. She was paralyzed on her back legs. We had to put her down at our regular vet that afternoon. It was cruel and inhuman to send kitty home in that horrific condition. without even telling me about it. Someone had to know how badly she was when they took the blood test, put the meds in her ear and placed her in the carrier.Words cannot describe how guilty I feel for putting kitty through such an ordeal in the last hours of her life, although I had no idea of what was happening to her while I was waiting in the visiting room. I had to repeat myself, the people who handled her at Blue Pearl were cruel and inhumane.

I came to this facility for an oncology follow up after my dogs mast cell tumor removal. Dr Heeb is a top notch oncologist, she is knowledgeable and personable. She gave my vital information on the next steps in my dogs cancer treatment. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I’m so thankful they have facilities like these for our pets. I would highly recommend this facility.

Great experience with the vet who examined my puppy after she vomited all night and it was tinged with blood. After x-raying her G.I. track, she did not have a blockage which was my big fear! The vet gave me a bland diet for her for a week, and I was so appreciative. She is so much better, and I am relieved! Thank you, Blue Pearl!

Everyone I encountered here was kind, calm and empathetic. I was here on the worst days of my life, and I didn’t feel judged or looked down on for one moment. Everyone I saw looked at me as if they felt my pain. When I ultimately made the decision to say goodbye to my best friend the nurse that was looking after my pup looked me in my eyes and told me I was making the right decision. In a moment that felt so wrong, that was exactly what I needed.

I literally believe Blue Pearl and Dr. Bragg saved Bertram’s life. He was still very sick when he went home but he is so full of life and energy already just a week later. His attitude is back and he inhales food after he hadn’t eaten at all before going in for over a week. Communication and care was exemplary.

We took our small dog Tommy to Blue Pearl late Saturday afternoon. They said there could be a 4 hour wait. We may have wated 30 minutes before a tech took us back. They checked Tommy out thoroughly. The Dr. Spent a considerable amount of time explaining what he thought was going on and educating us.He even sent us home with samples of prescription food. The cost was $270. We do not think that was excessive for an emergency hospital on a Saturday evening.

I had the best doctor for my dog Buster. She thoroughly explained everything to us how much it was gonna cost. Let us decide what we wanted to do and told us what we needed to do when we got him home and the checkout time was maybe two minutes standing and we was on our way. he is feeling 100% better

I got there at 9:30 on Sunday and wasn’t seen for over 2 1/2 hours. I was told and I understood emergencies would come first. However there were multiple animals that came in after me that were seen and gone before I was called. Each time I asked when I would be seen I was told rudely by the person at the front desk it would be 30 minutes. All this to be told to see my vet for my dogs inability to walk on one of her legs. Never again!
