Budget franchise owned by an investment group.
Paperwork not prepared in advance, all put me behind schedule. However the clerk was friendly despite having a stressful day. Turn-in was easy.

The service here is excellent. They people are very helpful and the location is convenient. However, it's very unfortunate that Budget doesn't offer a Toll Pass that renters can purchase in advance of their trips. It can make paying tolls in KS and surrounded states very difficult.
