I just purchased Socks, a wristie, and a Mini Bean. They removed all the tags without asking me. I am a collector and like my tags. Didn't realize until I was home. They aren't in the bag either. Poor experience.

My kids love this place, overall experience is great. But they definitely need to replace the brushes immediately. They've been like thus dirty for quite awhile.

I wanted to take time to commend the ladies that facilitated my daughter's 5th birthday party today! This was not our first time at Build A Bear but post-covid, I had almost forgotten about the services they offer. Without going into too much detail, we had an amazing time! They were patient, kind and very efficient. I believe one of the ladies was even in training and they still took care of us so seamlessly. We will be recommending them to everyone for any of their party desires!

I went into this build a bear with eyes on the strawberry highland cow, as I have the original one. Today was my birthday (age doesn’t matter) I went inside where I was met with a rude employee. She asked if she could help me find anything and I excitedly pointed to the strawberry cow. She rudely responded “we’re out of those, they’re top sellers the only two we have left of the displays. You can have one of those but they’re already stuffed so we can’t add anything to it.” I responded “okay well the experience is kind of for my birthday” she then popped back around and said “well try to order it online then”. I did not get her name. And we did not get the displays because they were dirty and I’m not spending that kind of money on something that’s dirty and they should not be willingly selling products like that either.

My daughter went for her birthday bear and they were so nice and welcoming! She had an amazing experience. Whoever this worker is, she deserves a raise!

Was in line for over 45 minutes…
All because of one person.
They had a HUGE build-a-bear.
And they were busy.
You guys need a second stuffing machine.
As much room as you guys have in that store and staff to just stand around and twidle their thumbs.
Terrible experience.
There should be a limit on how many bears you can stuff at a time, and BIG ones need to be dealt with AFTER.

Had a great experience here! The ladies that were working here were extremely helpful and very kind! We had went to the zona Rosa location to get the birthday bear but sadly enough they were out! My daughter was having a meltdown so I called this location. They had it so we drove 35 min out of the way to go get her birthday bear! They went out of their way to make my daughter's experience a great one! Thank you so much for making my daughter's day! Also thank you for being kind bc the zona Rosa location def lacks that.
