I just received an order that was wrong. I make the same pizza order once a week. Tonight my barbecue chicken pizza came with banana peppers on it even though it has never came with peppers on it before nor is it listed as an ingredient on the website. The first employee I spoke to told me that this pizza has always had banana peppers on it. I then asked to speak to a supervisor who told me that they just now started putting banana peppers on it. Either way, one of them was lying and gaslighting me.

The soda had black things floating in it and was really dirty. The slushies are never working either. The employees were nice though. I also walked into one person slapping someone else. I don’t know if they were employees or not, but it did not make me comfortable. They need to do better and it brings me much disappointment to deal with this behavior.

Slushee fountain not working. Drinks had black bits of stuff floating in it. Fairly cheap. Disappointed. Got yelled at by employee for filling up my soda cup. As I recall I gave the cashier 10 dollar and he took some for himself. 😢 😭. The employees were in the kitchen talking and hitting each other. They are grown men get your act together. Fingers were pointed.

Stopped in for a bite to eat, pizza has been in warmer over half an hour past enjoy by time, brought it up to two different employees and got treated like I was the problem and then told if I wait around 20 min I could have a fresh slice because they had to prioritize take out orders first. It's been a long hot day and I unfortunately don't have time to wait, nor do I have time to go to another place for food so I ended up eating pizza that was rock hard and paid full price for the pleasure of doing so. Highly disappointed in what is usually top notch lunch.

Don’t go here unless you want to be harassed by panhandlers that hang out in front of the store at all hours of the day and night asking for rides or money and the employees don’t seem to care about it.

Employees are always incredibly nice and helpful, however the soda machine works about 20% of the time, and the coffee machines are a 50/50 shot

Order to Supremes and ordered online came in the store act like they didn't even have my order had to wait over 40 minutes for my pizza while they were sitting in their playing about who parked next to who did what and it was just too much and I was just getting off of work and it was at 7:00

The place is a run down dump, I went in to get a drink and chips and seen mice running across the floors and droppings on the shelves. The place really needs to be shut down.
