It's not that the food is bad, it just not exceptional. It's like when your friend who's a good cook makes something delicious for you at home. However, their cheesecake is always really good. I'm yet to try something I didn't love..The service was good, nothing out of the ordinary. Atmosphere felt very cold and business-like. Don't get me wrong, they try really hard to make the franchise look pretty, but it still feels ice cold.

Went there to celebrate a friend’s birthday and another’s successful passing of a stage in their PhD program. We had crispy crabs and quesadillas for starters. The crab bites were great. For the main course, I had Louisiana Chicken Pasta, which was really good, not only in quality, but quantity too. And while we waited for our orders to be served, we were served freshly baked bread/butter, which I must say is a game changer. And finally, thanks to our waitress, for the first time in my 7 years in the US, someone has been able to split the bill properly (10 of us, some ordering alcohol, separate dishes for vegetarian and non-vegetarian folks, some ordering extra appetizers, some having desserts). And we had a cake with a candle for the birthday ?

I ordered a small meal for pickup. I arrived within my pickup time which was between 9:02 and 9:15pm. There was no one at the host desk when I arrived. There was however 5 people working at the counters on either side of me. All of them completely ignored me. They kept their heads down and avoided making any kind of eye contact. Two other people arrived to pickup food orders and when asked where to go were told to take a seat. Is my (our) time and money somehow worth less at the end of the night? Did I make a mistake choosing this location to get a late meal? Are all social norms and countries out the window after the dinner rush? Does the staff simply not care about customer service? I would love to know the answers to these questions as I am still standing in the lobby as I write this review. Additionally the phone has been ringing off the hook.. I guess the staff can't be bothered to answer that either.

Food is ok, some things are over cooked (nachos, burger ordered medium came out well done and dry).It takes forever for them to take your order then even longer to get your food.Also make sure to order your cheese cake before you want it, we made the mistake of ordering after we were done eating, it was another 20 mins to wait for it.A total experience that should have been an hour, tops, was close to two hours.

Had a wonderful rib eye steak with grilled asparagus with roasted garlic mashed red potatoes. The dessert was delicious. I had a white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake and an old fashioned. A real gentleman's lunch. My waiter Cole was the most welcome professional waiter I have had the pleasure of experiencing in many years.

We stopped in for cheesecake, and it didn't disappoint. We got three different flavors: Original, Oreo, and my fav Red Velvet. Although it was very busy, the staff was friendly and got us taken care of pretty fast.

Surprised by the service they gave me at Cheesecake, it was an experience that I did not expect. I worked in that company and it was my admiration for the concept they had a long time ago. I arrived at 9:27 pm and the manager on duty, who would like to remember his name, told me He received talking to me, very upset that he couldn't attend to us. I was coming from a ceremony with my family because it was supposedly already late. I think that just over half an hour before closing is an hour that is not unfair to anyone, this company defined itself as very different from all the others. Due to their standards of quality and service, the management I think has lost its focus. It cannot be possible that they do not respect the schedule as before. I remember before that if there was one minute left before closing, they respected it, they should put their closing time on their website. It will be at 9:27 I feel bad and very upset we love the food I always show off to my family about this restaurant today I feel sad and I think the management is going very wrong the manager of the night shift is a person with a bad attitude and I shouldn't work for a company as prestigious as cheesecake factory this happens on the date 3/24/24 at 9:27 pm

Cheesecake Factory is always good but make sure you go expecting to spend some money. You could probably get out of there without spending too much money but you are just cheating yourself.
