I've been a Commerce account holder for over 20 years, using this location for a little over 6 of those years now.I've never had an issue with the staff at this location or any other being rude or disrespectful. And admittedly the bank is fine as long as you are a standard, nothing out of the ordinary customer. However as soon as you have an out of the ordinary situation, like a foreign national spouse, obtuse policies without reasonable exceptions make them impossible to do business with.So I'm in the process of moving everything over to another national level bank that made it easy to establish a joint account. Then I can close my account and be done with Commerce Bank.

Inconvenient hours and ridiculous wait times for the customer service lines. Im trying to apply for a credit card. I waited 17 minutes just to be transferred to the credit department and I called the credit department and waited another 20 minutes just to be transferred somewhere else. If they want business they need to make service more convenient.
