Great Bank, all branches are like small neighborhood friendly banks no matter where they are located. I opened an account in Independence when I worked there. Now I enjoy my nearby branch on College Blvd in Overland Park where I always feel “at home”.

Kaitlyn, Erin and whoever worked drive thru the other day were so so so fabulous! I called asking for help regarding a travel card and the employee who answered (and was working drive thru) walked me through my options and gave me real life advice that she didn’t have to do! She told me to come to the branch that day and I would be assisted with opening a travel card. I went to the branch shortly after and was helped by Erin and Kaitlyn. Both were so nice and helped me apply for the travel card and ensured me they would rush the delivery of the card so I would have it in time for my trip. I got a call later that day saying I was approved and they would rush the delivery but it would require me being at home to sign for the card. Due to my working hours, this wasn’t a great option for me and they helped find a work around where I could pick my card up from the branch instead. Overall, this was the absolute BEST bank experience I’ve ever had and all the employees involved went out of their way for me and I couldn’t be more appreciative! Thank you!!

Went to drive thru to deposit a check a few weeks ago. Was trying to go before work. The teller had to run to the front desk for everything. I think they might not like doing drive thru. It seemed almost deliberate to take more time. What usually takes about 5 minutes took almost 30 minutes. Worst ever.

Have bank with them for a very long time. Except today I could afford lunch as I was overcharged by the hundreds of dollars for an accounting mistake that affected many of their customers. Thank God I didn't need something importantApparently public embarrassment is barely worth an apology from Commerce.

This is the worst Commerce Bank location there is. Everytime I come here there is a wait or a rude associate. Right now I'm in the drive thru. I have been here for 17 minutes while they "fix" the cash machine. I would just get my license back and go to another location, but the teller won't answer the button when I press it, so I can't leave without my driver's license. I heard the other teller say to the customer parked next to me the wait is because of me and them waiting to get my cash from the cash machine. It has been almost 20 minutes and I have to get my kids from school. I really don't appreciate having my license held while I wait for them to do maintenance. Very frustrating and certainly shows no regard for customers and schedule. I would never recommend this location, everytime I come here there is something that could easily be fixed with proper management. This location is poorly managed is what it comes down to.

This branch was able to provide service like no other. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Destiny who was very communicative and an absolute pleasure to work with.

When I first started using this bank branch 8 years ago, they advertised themselves as being “America’s Most Convenient Bank.” No Longer. They don’t open up on Weekdays until 9:30 AM, but Close at 4:00 PM. They used to be open on Sundays. No Longer. They used to be open on Saturday Afternoons. No longer. How Convenient is that ?You cannot even find a # to call the Branch. Personnel are switched around so much, you rarely see them same Drive-in Teller twice.

Went through the drive thru and waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Didn’t get no greeting or response when I needed to deposit money into my savings. Very rude overall for a drive thru first time experience at this location. The one by my house in Shawnee was MUCH MUCH nicer than this location. Found it convenient being across the street from JCCC since that’s where I take my classes, but not convenient enough for my service. I’ll check into other Commerce banks elsewhere. I still have my receipt of who took my service.

I am very unhappy with this branch at Collegeand Quivera. I would have given it 0 stars if possible. I was told on the phone by Cassandra at Customer Service that a double charge was reversed and I saw the money go into my account. The next day, the money disappeared from my account, and I was charged 2 $37 overdraft fees for purchases made the previous day, when the money was in my account. I went into the branch to straighten out the situation, and I was told that Cassandra was unable to "allegedly give me a reversal." I told the msnager to listen to the recording of the conversation, as it should have been recorded. He refused. He told me it was not his problem, and a problem between Verizon and me. I have been a customer here for over 20 years, as has my husband. Very poor customer service. What happened to "the customer is always right?" I guess it disappeared when Commerce let millennials run it's banks.
