It was d*** of me to even give another chance. I've been driving out of my way to Stateline as they have WAY better customer service and so the transactions correctly.I gave this location another try, to my disappointment. They made my deposit to a wrong account, when pointing it out to get corrected they stated they couldn't reverse the transaction and I would have to wait until possibly end of day. I replied I wanted the check back and would go to another bank. He refused to do so, even though they have to, it is a same day transaction. Literally a minute apart. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. Literally Every Single Time there is a problem. Drive out of the way to either other location on 135th st.

I've gone to this location quite a few times for a number of different reasons. Every time I go they are SO kind, quick, and efficient. I cannot say enough kind things about this location and especially about the people working at it. The gal who helped me yesterday's name was Rachel and she was so quick and nice, helping me as soon as I walked in the door. I never write reviews but time after time they have provided the best service so I knew I had to share somewhere.

I have banked with commerce for over 30 years and this branch has been the worst with anything and everything I've tried to get done. I can also attest to the fact that they never answer their phone lines, and that is when we call the main switchboard and asked to directly be connected with them they still do not answer. When you go in they can be talking to each other see you there and just continue talking without acknowledging you. How many more bad bad reviews do you guys need before you do something?

Extremely slow! Drive thru services are the worst.Besides not being able to give correct amounts the last 2 times I've been here. It took 28 minutes from time I sent in to funds received-just to cash a small check. Then it was incorrect.All times the male manager has been super rude.It is worth the drive to go to another location.

Tried calling this branch for a service issue. Tried several numbers either they went to voice mail or no one answered the phone. Even theier 800 line can't get someone to answer phones. Their main line rang for 10 minutes without someone picking up to answer. Very poor service.

Opening an account with commerce bank has been the most regretful choice I have ever made with my finances. They charge hundreds in overdraft fees, don't care about you, and won't take responsibility or assist you. Need proof that they couldn't care less about you? Go read all the bad reviews, and commerce bank gives the same automated, stale, heartless reply to every negative review to call in so they can "resolve" it. In other words they try to make it look like they are doing something to save some reputation, but in actuality they haven't helped me even after I reached out to the number provided in reply to my and other reviews. It's all smoke and mirrors with these guys

Very poor customer service oriented company. My account was closed and my wife was told here is “what little money you have.” Plenty of red flags leading up to this. They reached out to us and made it known that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. If you read other reviews you can notate that all reviews are circled around a customer service issue of some sort.

I've never had great experiences with commerce bank, but Conner is always so upbeat, cheerful, friendly, and helpful. It seriously adds a very different atmosphere to the place, I specifically wait till I'm near overland park so I can come to this location because they are always so friendly

Waited for 6 minutes in the drive thru (no other customers waiting) before we had someone speak to us with a total of 11 minutes to make a single check a deposit. Drive thru banking services is meant to be quick and convenient. This was not my experience at this branch.

I would encourage you to give Commerce Bank a visit if you are considering changing banks or want to establish a new relationship for your business banking. I was very impressed that the management took time out of their day to come to the grand opening of Kumon of Leawood and also with the staff that is always eager to help me with my business and personal banking needs. Friendly, helpful, good at what they do, and engaged in the community--just the kind of bank I like to do business with.

I like the bank but no the stuff, very slow. You would spend from 30 - 50 min waiting inside because usually they only have 1 person on desk. The other people just walk around with out even saying hi, or we will be helping you shortly, Nothing!
