Wanted to try the Mango Smoothie that was popular on Tiktok. From the sign, I thought it would be a fresh mango smoothie with zero added sugar, but it didn't taste like fresh mango. It tasted more like dried mango (if you're familiar with that taste). Not my favorite, but if you enjoy that taste, would recommend! The service was very fast and efficient (you order on little kiosks and wait for them to call the receipt number).

Chris in the Costco service center was absolutely wonderful to work with last night. He dropped what he was doing when he saw my wife and I were standing at the counter to shop/purchase some new tires. The entire transaction was top shelf. Something I don't see much of these days. Thank you Chris!!

The Hearing Aid Store inside this Costco has changed considerably since my prior bad experiences with the previous senior specialist/manager. Although this store is closest to me, I deliberately switched to the Lenexa KS Costco Hearing Aid Store, and was very pleased with multiple interactions with hearing specialist Sheena F. there. But then i discovered she had been promoted to manager of the Overland Park store. Hurrah hurrah. A wise choice by Costco management. Now they just need to figure out how to get my account switched.

We aren’t shoppers we are buyers in and out in 25 minutes using a real person at the checkout. We can’t stand the self checkouts unless it’s one item and all the lanes are full.

An absolute first rate experience. Very kind people here who know what they are doing. It's no surprise that Costco sells more hearing aids than anyone.

If you are in the store shopping before closing and it runs to closing time, you should not be harrassed by employees. Poor managment and employee training. What kind of ghetto nonsense is this. Wont be renuing membership. Spend a lot of money here, but will take it to another warhouse.

Costco at the OP location is very good on prices, offers and quality on alot of items however beware if you have a split order in your basket especially on the weekends as it seems to upset the employees and messed them up at the check out, best to have seperate carts at that point as they also seem treat you as the employee not a customer, recommend thay need some extra or change some of their training in that area, understad thay have to keep the long lines moving but not at the expence of irritating the customer.

Blue Valley Parkway is the second of my go to Costcos. It's not as conveniently located for me but it's got a better selection of ethnic foods so I usually prefer this one. Again, FPO and I plot our Costco runs so that we're there almost at closing (Monday through Friday that's 8:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday, it's 6:00 pm). Plenty of parking, fewer crowds. Fast moving full checkout and self checkout lines make this location easy to get in and out.

This Costco racial profiles blacks. DO NOT SHOP HERE WHILE BLACK. they will call the police department on you even after proving you have not stolen goods. Blacks and probably all minorities be ware. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK. CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIPS TODAY ! Would give negative stars if I could.

As a thirty-something in Kansas City I've learned that people around here have strong opinions regarding which Costco location reigns supreme. You will hear arguments that the Costco locations in KS are not worth the time since they can't sell booze, or that one is busier than the other etc. Regardless of what others think I have a fondness for this location. Let's get one thing straight - all Costco parking lots are horrible. This one will not impress you, though, I do think that it is a little better than the Lenexa location. Additionally, while nothing really stands out to me at this location besides the vast parking options (you will walk if you want a stress free parking experience), I find it to usually be a fairly pleasant time when I am shopping. The people working at this Costo I've always had good interactions with, and I do think they have a pretty good selection of offerings, even with random pandemic related stocking issues. My pro tip is the same for any Costo - go during the week if you have time as it will save you time and stress. Also, take advantage of purchasing electronics and appliances here as Costco has unmatched returns and insurance policies. I'm truthfully such a Costco fangirl that as I type a dishwasher I purchased here is being installed in my kitchen OH, and lastly - if you are planning for a big party that will serve alcohol you should plan on trekking to the Costco located in MO. This is not to ding this location as it's local law that prohibits them from selling booze.

As Professor of Marketing Research - the sign on the product site was tiny, unclear, and impossible to read or understand. After we arrived home, I talked with Kathy Dorst on the phone and discovered we had spent more than expected for TIde. We did not get 10.00 off!!! - Kathy Dorst had to double-check - she went to see this sign - and requested someone to make a larger, easier to read the sign. ALSO recommended we bring back the Tide for refund. Snowstorm tomorrow - will wait. HOWEVER -at 75 years old, Kathy Dorst should not be required to travel through a snowstorm tomorrow if things are as bad as expected. IN ADDITION _ instead of buying on Amazon - free shipping for multiple purchases as this - we waited and hoped to buy local. DID NOT WORK OUT. BAD SIGNAGE?? bad marketing by pros? SAD SAD PLEASE ask Kathy to stay home if it is icy and tricky to travel. Dr. Merlin C. Spencer 913 381 7777 LinkedIn site is interesting THANK YOU KATHY DORST

Actually, the store itself is great. This one star review goes straight to Vanessa, who is apparently assigned to help people with self checkout. Well, first of all, my husband (who admittedly doesn't ever self check while I do all the time), started to box items I had already checked. Vanessa descended like a hawk and in a very condescending, nearly angry tone, said YOU CAN'T PUT ANYTHING IN A BOX UNTIL IT'S ALL PAID FOR. He said, okay, okay, so sorry. Now she's checking to see if everything on the tray has been scanned and she can't find the Krill 500 mg on the scanned items. I showed her - three times - and she kept saying no, it's 500. I said yes, it's 500 mg. She's looking for a 500 count and now I'm getting pretty frustrated because she's acting like I'm trying to put something over on her. Then she says if you'd done it right the first time, this wouldn't have been necessary. Okay, whatever. Now I'm almost done and she's watching me like a hawk and I have a container of Parmesan cheese with no label and I'm planning to just leave it. And now I hear, "ma'am your cheese! You didn't pay for the cheese." I took it over to her, said I can't scan it and don't want it and told her she could be a little nicer. She told me she was perfectly nice and this is her job. I found her insulting and suspicious. There's a way to speak to a customer without making them feel "less than." She had no social skills and I would stay as far away from her as possible. Remember, VANESSA. Costco, you can do better than this. I have been a Costco member for 20 years and have never been treated like this.
