I’ve trained CrossFit for almost a year now and been to three different gyms in the area. This is by far my favorite! The coaches and members are all extremely friendly and have created a very welcoming culture. They know exactly how to coach or tweak you without making you feel like you’re just completely wrong. Love this gym!

I had my first CrossFit class today and TJ was my instructor. The way he mentored me and took his time to teach me new workouts that I’ve never done before is very much appreciated. I’d recommend going to KS Athletic Club and I’ll definitely extend my stay with this gym!

TJ is awesome! He helps me get thru my work outs. Provides great tips and teaches me something new every week! I still don’t like getting up at 4:30 for a 5 am work out!!!

I knew I was walking into a gym when I visited KSAC, I didn’t know I was walking into a family.Can’t say enough positive things about how well received I was as just a first time visitor at KSAC. Everyone was so welcoming, & by the time I left I was dishing out fist bumps & jokes with the members mid workout.The programming was also top tier. I’m not very experienced in CrossFit, but I felt the workout was programmed in a way that was challenging but also easily adapted to all skill levels: that’s a huge testament to the coaching staff at KSAC. TJ led my class & he nailed it.If you’re looking for a great way to get into shape, some dynamic training & coaching, & a new family as an added bonus, swing by.

Patrick is a total pro. He gave us a tour of the facility prior to class and made us feel welcome right away. The breakdown of what to expect for the workout and how to scale to your ability level was very helpful. Class was fun and definitely looking forward to coming back.

Patrick welcomed me at the door, showed me around, and ran a quality class. He gave me form corrections and offered many scaling movements for the workout. I couldn't ask for more out of a first time visit!

I tried the free trials and decided to start my CrossFit trip! The course is great! Hard work but feel so good! The coach and the assistant coach are very professional! Definitely Type II fun! Also, people there are very friendly.

A great gym with greater coaches. Classes for those just looking to sweat ... all the way to advanced cross fit programming. A super strong sense of community where everybody supports each other. An ownership group that is on site daily - coaching classes - putting their heart and soul into the gym, giving clients the tools and training needed to set and meet their fitness goals.
