I'm giving them 3 stars because being one of the few 24h drugstores has come in handy on several occasions with injuries I needed supplies for. However the key words are 24 hours - and they're frequently not. Sometimes a note is on the door saying they closed early (no further explanation) or sometimes the store isn't open at all when they should be. The hours not being reliable is irritating and very inconvenient. This location seems severely understaffed as well which means if the store is even moderately busy after self-check is closed, you're going to be waiting for a while. That being said, this location stocks some products I can't find at other ones.

Long, the pharmacy tech is the most condescending person I’ve have ever encountered in my lifetime. My experience with him is always horrible and I can’t wait for the transaction to end!! He does not belong in a profession dealing with people!!

I used to love this pharmacy. It was open 24 hrs a day. Now, not only are the hours during when lots of people work but they were CLOSED on Saturday. They open by the time I am driving to work and closed by the time I get home. It is asinine.

The People here are rude, specially the people from MinuteClinic. They always have an attitude. Always in a bad mood.

Do not come here. They didnt help us, only told us rhey didnt have the necessary tools for the job. Still took our $140 and sent us somewhere else

CVS at 75th \\u0026 Metcalf, i am so disappointed that you are eliminating the position of Care Concierge: in particular the CC at this store named Bob. For more than a year, Bob has been working here and he always has the best attitude. He interacts with and offers help to every customer he encounters in the store. I can tell he treasures his job. I was dismayed to learn that Dec. 31 is his last day, because CVS has decided to eliminate his position. I am a very frequent customer at this store, and my visits here will not be the same once Bob no longer works here. I can tell that Bob is sad that he will not have this job much longer. For a company that brings in so much money, I would think that CVS would work with a truly awesome employee like Bob to find him a comparable position within the company. He is one of the best workers you have.

Excellent, reliable pharmacy with helpful pharmacists. This pharmacy is also well staffed to handle the traffic well.

Incredible slow staff, obnoxious beeping and a 20 minute wait (which turned into a 30 minute one) to refill a prescription. Tried calling to refill said prescription so it would be ready, but after getting hung up on 5-6 times 15-25 minutes on hold a piece. Tough to like this location.

5 stars because they are open 24 hours. Not many places are even open late anymore. But they were open when I really needed something so thumbs up.

Pharmacy Still Don't Work -2-25-2022-Since they redid the parking lot for small Smart Cars only. There is no room to drive three or park in the spots. Hard to get out of the property since the two exits are right turn online at the corner of a stop light. MOST IMPORTANT part of the Yelp is their Phones don't work. Their phones don't ring at the pharmacy. You can wait on hold for ever and they don't ring in pharmacy!!!. Text messages don't work to notify you that the prescription is Filled. The persons at the pharmacy counters can't hear. Lack of staff. Long lines.

The pharmacy is understaffed 100% of the time. If you show up at 7am, one guy is working and you have to wait. If you show up at noon, 3-4 people are working but the line is around the turn style. The pharmacists are very nice but I feel badly for them as they are under so much pressure and really are in a losing battle.

Literally the worst customer service over the phone. On hold for 20+ mins trying to fill a prescription. Terrible hold music, annoying repeating voice about COVID testing. So annoying, take your business elsewhere, or go to a different location and Whatever you do DONT CALL THE STORE, YOULL BE WAITING FOREVER!!!!!

*Sigh*. I'll start this out by saying, thankfully our COVID tests were negative. As much as I've never wanted to shove a cotton swab far up my nose, CVS made the process, quick and simple. I wanted a rapid test and was able to book one online easily. At my scheduled appointment time I went inside, provided my info, give a brief "how to swab your nose properly" overview and self administered the swab. It was simple, easy, painless and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They called with the negative results 30 mins after leaving. I was definitely satisfied at the ease of booking and the quickness of the appointment.

I like Kevin who works in the pharmacy. He is always so friendly and courteous whenever I go and pick up my prescriptions. He always has a smile on his face and he provides excellent customer service at every visit.
