had to come here and needed my hepatitis b shot, two minutes before appointment they cancelled the appointment and said it was a duplicate it was not. I rescheduled, went inside and the pharmacist just stood there acting like he could not see me. Name is Tasanee Dumas will be reporting pharmacist and this cvs!
Update: they decide to call me AFTER this review to see if I wanted a vaccination- why would I make an appointment if I didn’t need it? I made an appointment at the cvs on 95th and they had no issues! Very horrible customer service and very horrible pharmacist who wants to half way do his job!

0 Stars. Don’t ask them questions about where items are located in the isles. They don’t know and will tell you three different aisles and then refer you to a target employee. Just ask a target employee, will save you frustration and time!

They are a very helpful group. I had forgotten that I can't take Ibuprofin because of an Rx I take. I asked and got a quick NO from the team. It would have had affected my kidneys in a bad way. Very grateful for my CVS TEAM.

Showed up to pick up a prescription at 6:15pm, pharmacy was closed. Listed hours are until 7:00pm. Called the number to double check the hours and that also says 7:00pm. What gives?To clarify, my general experience is that the pharmacists I've worked with here are great, always looking for coupons to make my medicine more affordable. The two stars are for them.But the general operation of this pharmacy (and all CVS's could be GREATLY improved).

My regular CVS was out of stock of my med, AGAIN. They referred me to this one as has having stock and that I should call first to make sure they still have it. They said no they didn't have any. When I asked if they could check inventory and see what store had stock, they said they were not comfortable with doing that at this time. Sorry but I felt like I was slapped. I'm bewildered at the issue of them checking inventory and directing me to a store that has stock. I won't try this location again. Not polite and not helpful.

Usually I never have issues here especially with Aimee behind the counter however when I call to ask a quick question I was put on "hold" while the male employee sat the phone next to his keyboard and talked with coworkers for 20 minutes.

I would give this pharmacy a 5 plus rating for Aimee. She is the most pleasant, competant and efficient pharmacist I've ever gone to. Adrian that works there part time is rude, hateful and should get a job doing something else - maybe something he enjoys! He answered the phone, "CVS - can you hold?" He left the phone sitting on the counter and didn't come back to me for almost two hours and I eventually hung up. I called again and he did the same thing. So I went up there to get my prescription, assuming it was ready, because I was told it would be, and he then told me they were out of stock and it wouldn't be until Monday. I was upset because I had to take time out of my workday to go up there after leaving me on hold for almost four hours. He then called my doctor to ask why I was on the prescription in the first place. I WILL never deal with that horrible person again! CVS should be aware of this man's ineptness and his poor customer service! Not to mention how he is losing CVS bussiness. I will never go back! EVER!
