The manager doesn't honor coupons that match the listed products in the description. They treat you like you can't read and are rude. They also said I deserve domestic violence after losing my wallet in their store after telling them my situation. They're cruel. They decided to have a power trip because I was a previous pharmacy tech yrs ago. The bad reviews have been deleted from this store. Beware

Excellent Customer Service. Exceptional Pharmacist I Don't Know His Name But he deserves a raise or some kind of recognition he is absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond to make sure the patients that come to the pharmacy are taken care of. He actually makes you feel like a person like you matter. I was in a difficult situation and he figured out a way to help me going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy and store to anyone. Keep Up The Great Work Everyone!!!!!

The pharmacist was so rude unable to communicate properly just blew me off like I should know all the changes. Didn’t explain or apologize for not having the answers. Didn’t even look at me or left his post from the back to have a conversation. Just so rude! Always the rudest pharmacist at CVS. You guys need to step up your customer service training at least let the customer know like they matter even if the situation doesn’t get resolved.

This cvs is the absolute worst, it is literally a last resort store. Specifically, the photo department is garbage. Walgreens is 10 times better. Their picture quality is so bad it's embarrassing. I had professional photos printed and they looked like they were taken on an old phone. Another time, I tried to print out 4 pictures, just 4. And was there for 40 minutes and left with 0. It is pathetic. I will never use them again and just make the trip to Walgreens.

There is always a problem with this pharmacy when picking up medications. Today they somehow didn't have my son's insurance info in their system and we have been coming here for two years every month. We provide insurance and they come back and tell us it termed in Feb. I call the insurance and they show active no concerns. They lady left off at the drive up windows with no word she'd be right back. So we pull around to go inside to handle this and they closed up for lunch. They still had our credit card and license. I had to get a cvs store employee to help me retrieve my stuff and she tells me the pharmacy staff isn't showed to speak to customers during their lunch. I repeatedly told her they've been helping us and the never said they're were going to lunch. Are suppose to wait till lunch is over? Meanwhile this employee goes back retrieves my sons meds and our credit card and license. I notice they ran the full amount of the meds on our card and didn't even listen to us that insurance is active. This place is very unprofessional.

They close for lunch? They made a new profile for me even though I already had one, and spelled my name wrong. They assured me I’d get my prescription by 6pm the next day. It took until the day after that.

I needed to get a prescription filled for my elderly mother. The doctor specifically prescribed the name brand for her. The pharmacy sent me a text saying it was filled. I called and asked if it was the name brand. They said they switched to the generic. I told them we do t want the generic. We need the name brand. So they special ordered it. I got a text saying it was ready. I go in and give them a Good Rx card and they said they have to rerun the entire order. 30 minutes later, They say it is still processing and I look at the product name and See it is the generic. I told them it HAD to me the name brand. She said it didn't work with the coupon. 10 minutes later I find out CVS isn't taking GoodRx. So I say give me the name brand without the coupon. The pharmacist tells me it will be 10-15 minutes to fill. Are you kidding me??? I am not impressed with this pharmacy. No wonder they have bad ratings!

This is my favorite pharmacy. My parents are in their 90s and they have helped me find various products for their care. My prescriptions are always reasonable and on time. Customer for life.

I felt the need to counter balance the negative reviews. I have been going here for 5 years for my mom's prescriptions. The staff is always courteous and go out of their way at times to make sure my mom is taken care of. Never, ever had an issue here.
