Had two bad experiences at this location I've been unable to let go of. A while back, I was followed into the cosmetics aisle by a female employee who was not so subtly watching me... likely because she thought I was a shoplifter. The racial profiling didn't stop there. On another occasion, I asked the manager for help finding an item and he told me to leave my items at the counter while I continued shopping. Again, nothing I did should've made them believe I was doing anything wrong... But maybe it was the way I look. The irony is, I've lived in this community for literally decades. Probably longer than either of them have, and there I was, being treated like an interloper. When it happened the second time, I made a point to tell them they were being offensive and unfair. Hopefully, they've changed their ways.

I went to buy a 2 liter and it's been expired for a year now. Going back and looking at other items like food, sauces and other things were also expired. I'm not sure how this store is not held more accountable considering most goods are expired.

This has to be the slowest pharmacy in the KC metro. I do not recommend filling prescriptions here.

CVS minute clinic was great, efficient and friendly! However, I talked with 2 pharmacy employees both of which were dismissive and rude. I work in healthcare and understand being busy but they were just rude.

Really frustrating to have scheduled appointments for Covid-testing and then to be told time and again that the appointment was cancelled. Only allowing one lane in the drive-thru for covid testing is a mistake, another car had blocked the drive-thru for 20 minutes. It didn't help that the person working the drive-thru was belligerent and insisted that I cancelled the appointment. The image attached shows it was cancelled by CVS.Also, when you call the phone number they don't answer the phone. So I went over to the church parking lot and got tested for free in a matter of minutes.Don't go here for covid testing, it's just a burden on their lack of customer service skills.

Pharmacy is super slow. And staff are rude and refuse to give me a estimated time. Also don't seem to like picking up their phones. Won't be back

Good sized CVS. VERY friendly staff! They worked hard to get the medication I needed. They even gave me great advice for getting more of my medication if/when I run out!

Dashed into this CVS to grab a few things when I was in the area, and was super impressed. Very clean & organized store. Shout out to Nate, who was so nice and answered a few questions I had. I just love great customer service!

Just needed to pop in on a weekday afternoon. Store felt deserted, but the sole cashier in the front part of the store readily came to help me when I had a pricing question on some items.

Love the pharmacy intern, Basil. He's so kind & really has a passion for what he does. Always makes sure I have all my questions answered about my meds & is so easy to talk to. Will make a fantastic pharmacist!

The convenience of the drive thru pharmacy is often over powered by the length of wait as they only have one lane working at a time and things typically move very slowly. The staff at the pharmacy are typically vey helpful and knowledgeable, and the service inside the store is typically much faster than in the drive thru. The staff in the main store are typically vey pleasant, and although a lot of the products are more expensive than at other stores they do have some good deals and the benefits of the Extra Care card can be very helpful. My family's experience with the Minute Clinic has been very positive with minimal waiting times.

Always extremely helpful and make picking up prescriptions simple. Coupons are great as is the curbside delivery. Be sure to download the app and register for rewards!

Please do not go there particular for pharmacy store. You will not treat well if you have question for pharmacist... I would highly suggest to go to other CVS. Staff and team of pharmacy store are not helping you. Staff manager is not doing his job as he supposed to do for dose information.
