Terrible pharmacy. As with many pharmacies, they are short on labor so you with think they would be more efficient with their processes. However, for years now the process I must follow is to have 1 of 2 prescription refills initiated through the app because one of the prescription refills cannot be initiated in app, only through talking to a human. So I then go, wait in line, and pick up the in-app refill and tell them to refill the 2nd prescription only to have them tell you that you must go wait in another line to ask for a refill. Then I would need to return the next day to pickup the 2nd prescription. So three human contacts required. And don't think about voicing frustration about the inefficient process lest you be told that YOU \"are being rude and its unacceptable\". Additionally, the dates in the app showing when the prescription was filled are often not correct and can reflect the date a doctor sent over renewals. This causes confusion between patient and staff. But be careful when try to clarify when the prescription was last filled and when the doctor sent over new prescriptions because YOU are being aggressive and unacceptable for explaining the sequence of dates.

They suggested to transfer my RX since they were backed up and I was on the other side of town. As I’m driving to the other CVS, I call to request a transfer and fill the RX there. Once I get there the RX has a hold on it and they are unable to sell me the RX. I then call this CVS back and they are no help and never admitted making the mistake of cancelling my RX instead of putting it on hold. She told me I can call them, it’s easy! And she could no longer help due to long lines.

This CVS is a lie. The drive-through is not a drive-through. If you try to use it, you will be guided to come into the store under the guise that there are not enough pharmacist to help you. However, when you get inside, you will find that there are ample people in the Pharmacy area who could’ve helped you when you were in the drive-through. They have no personality is, and no interest in you as a person, a patient, a human. They are apathetic. They are put out by having to help you, and they are extremely annoyed all the time they do not make friendly conversation they do not try to explain the medication’s to you.

Don't get a prescription with a refill at CVS if you leave home for to go south for winter. They'll drive you crazy with robo calls and when you try to contact them to take you off call list, nobody will answer your call. Your better off going to another pharmacy because the only way to stop calls is to Block CVS phone number.

I have been a patron of this CVS for 10 years, and it really has not changed much. They updated their pharmacy to add space and more storage, and it still looks like they need more! For all intents and purposes, this CVS is pretty much like every other free standing CVS. Folks pick a pharmacy based on convenience to their routine, and we are no different. This is the closest CVS to my house, right across from my bank and my car wash, just down the street from the trampoline park I take the grandkids to, and most importantly, In the same parking lot as my Starbucks. MY routine is so standardized that the grandkids expect Saturdays to start with going to the trampoline park, then we pick up prescriptions in the CVS drive through (someone in the family always has something to pick up), grab coffee/juice/milk and cake pops from Starbucks, and finally enjoy our snacks while driving through the car wash. If we deviate from the routine, my 3 year old granddaughter will correct me! The one thing that I think makes this CVS stand out is probably the group of folks running the pharmacy. Some of them have been their for years, and know us. They will help with pointing us to discounts and always have a smile even when you can tell they are slammed (like when they were days behind right after Xmas 2019). Just like a decent small town pharmacy, except not (since those don't exist anymore).

I spent about 2 hours at urgent care, seeking service for my son who was then diagnosed with Influenza A. The physician sent an RX to this pharmacy and I drove right away to to get my son's medicine. I received a notification within 5 minutes that his RX was ready. As I got there, the placed looked closed. As a new resident to this area I was not aware that they were closed by 6pm. I went to the pharmacy desk and ask if they were and the pharmacist said they closed at 6pm, which is a bummer given that hours are not convenient at this location. However, the pharmacist made a consideration and was able to give me my son's medication immediately. I would recommend this place because although they were closed, the staff was considerate enough to give me my meds. As professionals in the field, I appreciated that they were considerate enough to empathize with their customers and although inconvenient, fulfilled patient needs. One of the things I would hope for is also advocating to provide clients discounts to client medications. The medication I recieved was costly and I wished I was able to have had someone in the profession tell me that their was a coupon I could use on my meds ($200). Despite the closing time to pharmacy is 6pm, I would recommend this place to clients, as from judging from my situation, they were very considerate.

I agree this pharmacy must have ding-a-lings as their technicians. I can Not depend on what I'm getting and is it duplicated without warning!!

The fact that this pharmacy has any stars is a miracle! I had to go back 4 times to get my prescription because they could not get it correct. And on the forth time they actually told me they did not have a prescription for me And when I challenged them, they had it after all. Go anywhere but here.

5:59 on a Saturday means the Pharmacy was closing in 1 minute. Our doctor had left a voice mail 10 minute prior for a critical prescription for my 2 day postpartum wife in need of relief. When I arrived I was told that the Pharmacy was closing now, however they had just filled my prescription the minute before. They were able to get us everything we needed right as they closed. We are very thankful for the extra effort. They could have easily closed the door on us. Thank you.
