First, the CVS policy that won't allow a customer to call in and speak with a pharmacist is absurd. Second, when you do call and reach a pharmacist you'd hope they wouldn't be adversarial, unprofessional, rude, and end the call without helping and by hanging up on you. The icing on the cake being that the person on the other end of the phone was Jaclyn, the pharmacy manager! Terrible customer experience, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won't be going back.

Helpful staff, but the store needs a bike rack outside. There is no where to secure a bike or large stroller.

Today (1/18/2025) around 11:30 am I went to my local cvs store to return an item (never opened) that I purchased yesterday (1/17/2025), and then to repurchase it using a coupon. The associate (50+ or so lady) told me this a cheating!!!
This an extremely offensive accusation towards the customers. I don’t know how returning a never open item that perfectly follow the return policy and using an official valid coupon received from CVS is considered cheating!!!!???

Love how easy it is to get in get out and find what I am looking for if not finding it is easy to get help without searching all over the store for someone to assist you. Everyone is always pleasant.

The pharmacy is top notch-they go above and beyond in my opinion. I would give them 5 stars! They are always helpful with answering questions & making sure we are comfortable before leaving with our meds. However, the same cannot be said for other areas of the store. If you need an employee for something, good luck finding one. The manager told me she has to go back & forth between being in the back & manning the store, which is why there is virtually no customer service. In addition, I filled out a survey they sent me after a frustrating visit. I received a message back making excuses for what happened & the manager lying about what she did/did not do. I definitely don’t want to be a customer in an environment where that is the culture & values of the company.

MAKE THE PHARMACIST COUNT YOUR MEDICATION IN FRONT OF YOU. I am not going to give more details. If you get a prescription from here, go INSIDE, and make them count in front of you. They will not do anything about it nor admit mistake if you are shorted or overaged any medication.

Indian woman in the pharmacy used religious profanity in front of me because she was irritated I had a few questions about my prescription. She also cursed at her co-worker Chase (he's always been super friendly). Older lady up front continues to doddle in the aisle instead of helping people who need assistance at the register & is then rude. Female manager is useless and makes excuses for her employees lack of customer service skills and blames it on being short staffed - they're adequately staffed & CVS is never THAT busy where you can't be respectful and friendly. Blind leading the blind!

Hey CVS why don’t you make your automated answering service longer and with more needless instructions. I know how to use the internet. If I’m calling I want to talk to a person

Jacquelyn in the pharmacy is phenomenal. She was so kind to me on the phone today when I was trying to track down a difficult to find prescription and never interrupted me or was impatient as I explained the situation. She was even able to get my prescription to me on the same day (a miracle). She also put the next refill on her calendar to remember to try it again in a couple of weeks so I don't have to keep calling back. She's patient, proactive, quick, and just lovely to work with.

Visit this CVS pharmacy location: CVS inside Target at 136th and State Line.
Visit this CVS Minute Clinic: 3rd Street, Lees Summit, MO
The closest CVS store where I've had a good customer experience: 3rd Street, Lees Summit, MO.
Rude staff here. They watch you complete self checkout and then question what you purchased. Why not just ring it up in the first place?

I switched to CVS from Walgreens a few years ago even though it's a little bit of a further drive because I could never get Walgreens on the phone or get them to fill my medications on time. It was THE BEST decision I've made in regards to my prescription needs. The WHOLE pharmacy staff is wonderful but particularly there are a few that just have really blown me away. JESSICA- SO kind and helpful. Always gets me what I need and answers the phone herself most of the time. She is so helpful and has really made a huge difference in my pharmacy experience.
YOUNG MAN named...Collin maybe? One up front and one in the pharmacy, and these two young men have been so wonderful and kind. The one up front is so helpful, and always says "coolio!" Which makes me smile. The one in the pharmacy is also just so helpful and kind. But the most impactful for me by far is:
JACLYN!!! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT JACLYN!! She has personally gone out of her way, EVERY TIME I need something or call to ask, to help me and more sure my specific brand of prescription is in stock, and is just SO kind and helpful and really truly changed the way I experience a pharmacy.
If you are looking for an awesome store to shop with TONS of coupons on EVERY receipt, and THE BEST PHARMACY STAFF IN TOWN, Visit this CVS and go see Jacklyn and Jessica! I promise you won't be dissapointted. Thank you guys for all you do.

bad service, racism and lack of ethics. They should fire those who serve in the pharmacy. I went to look for my prescription prescribed by my doctor and the pharmacy didn't give it to me because they didn't really feel like it. They don't care what happens to people who suffer from poor health like in my case who needed medication for acute bronchitis. The authorities have to do something with these people. They should be imprisoned.
