bad service, racism and lack of ethics. They should fire those who serve in the pharmacy. I went to look for my prescription prescribed by my doctor and the pharmacy didn't give it to me because they didn't really feel like it. They don't care what happens to people who suffer from poor health like in my case who needed medication for acute bronchitis. The authorities have to do something with these people. They should be imprisoned.

I am SO SO grateful for everyone in the pharmacy here!! They are super busy every time I come (which is often), and yet my interactions with them are always professional, personal, pleasant, and helpful!! Each person there has been a good listener to me and my many questions, and when they haven’t been able to help me, they’ve redirected me to someone else. My family of 5 has been here recently for various medications, some for chronic conditions, and I feel like everything has been filled in a timely manner. ***The very best experiences I’ve had here have been the personal conversations about a few prescriptions with a few of the female pharmacists who work here. Most recently, Jaclyn!! They have been so very thoughtful and attentive and helpful, in making sure that we the patients, and parents of the patients, have the correct understanding of the medications we’ll be receiving and are informed about the reasons for the dosing and how to care for our bodies during and after the treatment. The pharmacist are not only kind and patient and knowledgeable - they are enjoyable to converse with and genuine caring!! I feel truly indebted to them. They have given me better information and support than I’ve received from recent visits to pediatric urgent care visits or to even to my PCP. Another female pharmacist actually changed my life a few years ago by recommending a new medication to me that I had yet to hear of, when I was asking her about concerns over other medications that my doctor kept prescribing me for chronic migraines that weren’t helping me much. She offered to contact my PCP and put in a request for the new medication! That same PCP’s office kept telling me that my insurance wouldn’t some of the medication that were being prescribed to be, so the while the nurses in that office were unwilling til help and advocate for me, the pharmacists at this CVS literally talked me through everything I needed to say to my insurance company and to my doctor’s office so that I could get coverage for the medication!! The pharmacists at this CVS have very literally saved my life - my chronic migraines are debilitating, and that medication and that understanding of getting insurance coverage coverage for needed medications has allowed me to function as a person on a daily basis in some form!!! I literally love them!!! Also, their whole staff has been patient with me when I have come through their drive thru window whenever I’m mid-migraine and not feeling well and cranky, and they’re always very respectful and kind. I so appreciate them and their help!! (Note: I left that PCP that didn’t advocate for me when my insurance wouldn’t cover the medication the doctor prescribed for me - I, the patient should not have had to spend days on the phone with my insurance company to learn the process of prior authorization for medications - the nursing staff in the doctor’s office should’ve done that for me, and I have since found an office who does that!!)

Extremely rude pharmacists. I called asking if they had a certain medication in stock because I typically go to Walgreens (much nicer staff) but the one I usually go to recommended I try calling a CVS since they were out of stock. The pharmacist LAUGHED at me over the phone for simply asking if they had a medication in stock. There’s a reason I choose Walgreens over CVS and the customer service is a big one.-5/10 do not go to CVS

The tall good looking young gentleman that was incredibly helpful and kind deserves a raise big time! Not only did he greet my daughter and I but he was so very helpful. He helped us find a cosmetic we could not find. Hee also helped me get my card in order and on the right number and I saved 34$ with the app and care pass. I never have a bad experience with cvs. I will never get prescriptions or another health care product from their competitors. You must pay your employees well or I hope you do. I never have run into A grumpy one . One more thing if the employees don’t get An hour lunch and only 30…. Bump it up to an hour at least for pharmacy . 30 minutes is not enough time for great employees to enjoy a lunch. Thank you!

The manager is incompetent. She kept me from getting my prescription for over a month and when I finally went in and someone filled it she called my psychiatrist and claimed I picked up 3 months worth of medication in a month. I called earlier in the month to get my medication and the manager gave me 3 reasons why I was unable to get my refill. 1.) it expires 3 days after filled because it’s a controlled substance (supposed to be 90 days). 2.) someone else needed Adderall and picked it up because I let it sit for so long (the took my medication and refilled someone else’s prescription with it, which makes sense but then she wouldn’t allow me to get another refill?) . 3.) I already picked it up (no I simply did not and I asked for a receipt or my signature to prove I had picked up my prescriptions). She said her system glitched so she had no proof of ME picking it up. (No receipt, NOT EVEN A PAYMENT?? No signature and no time or date to find camera footage. Extremely upsetting not being able to pick up your prescription for over a month because the manager at cvs pharmacy is completely incompetent and inconsistent with her excuses as to why I couldn’t get my prescription. One good thing about this cvs- they have self check out so you don’t have to talk to anyone incompetent if your just shopping for anything over the counter! :)

I have left bad reviews for this location before. Luckily for them they finally have a decent employee who knows what customer service is. You go Collin, they should put you in charge because clearly you're the only one who has time for customers and basic manners.

Employee closed the doors early and waved me away so I couldn't get my photo prints. There were still people inside checking out. All it would've taken was the time left that the store was SUPPOSED to be open.

I had a trip to the ER today. The doctor wasn't able to fill it during my visit & my usual pharmacy was closed. Dr advised it was "urgent" I start my meds asap so he called this pharmacy since it was close. I called to ensure they had received my script & it was pouring rain on my car so I could barely hear & this rude young woman informed me that insurance wouldn't pay until May 12th then told me I needed to go somewhere else. I was sick & miserable & worried so I told her I didn't care what it cost just fill it. So I arrived at the pharmacy & went to the window & was told it would be 15 minutes. I browsed around the store for a bit & checked back. As I walked up the pharmacy assistant was screeching about this crazy woman who went from 0 to 50 when she told her her insurance wouldn't cover her meds & how this woman said she had a kidney & bladder infection & needed her medication. I walked up to the counter & the assistant asked if she could help. I introduced myself as the woman she was loudly talking about to the pharmacist. Dead silence then a very insincere "I'm sorry".....more sorry she was caught than sorry she violated my HIPPA rights by announcing my illness to everyone at the store. Young lady - you are in public service. You are not going to see people at their best. I doubt I'm the 1st person you have treated like this & I doubt I will be the last. You are a monster & you have no business serving people.

If I could give no stars in regards to the pharmacy, I would. Most importantly, the one who calls himself the pharmacist.Recently I had a prescription filled that I get every month. I called concerned because while at my doctors office, I was notified the prescription was filled and noticed the prescription name was different and my doctor specifically stated to not take an ingredient in it. She spoke to me at length about not getting it and how risky it is, which alarmed me. I know nothing about medications and this stuff, and I trust my doctor.I called the pharmacy simply to ask why the prescription name change. After calling and speaking to someone 3 times and asking about it at the drive through, I FINALLY got my answer to such a simple question. The pharmacist would continuously only laugh at me, held my pill and prescription up for every single person to see. Which is a huge personal violation and rude. They laughingly disregarded my health/safety and concerns every single turn.Very very highly DO NOT recommend this place.

Jacqueline, the pharmacy manager was so incredibly helpful. I had a prescription called in just before they opened and called shortly after to see if it was in stock. She checked the voicemail to make sure they got the script, made sure it was in stock and told me it would be ready within 30minutes. She was kind and pleasant. When I went to pick up the prescription, she helped me at the drive through pick up window and again was professional, friendly and helpful. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated her help, especially on a day when I wasn’t feeling well at all!

This entire company is a freaking joke. NEVER shopping there again. Lazy management, unorganized company... I am officially a Walgreens shopper... At least they have ethics and morals!

This is literally the most incompetent CVS I have EVER been to. They message me saying my prescription is ready to pick up, I get there and they say there's nothing on file and it will take another two hours. This happens every time. They are so slow. Awful experience every time. I've had to go days without my inhaler because they couldn't figure their s*** out. Horrible

The only redeeming quality about this location is the Ruthie Cohen like cashier.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never experienced anything worse to be honest. Manager on duty was not professional and refused to help costumers find their desired products. The way he talked to multiple costumers in the store was mortifying. Second hand embarrassment for him! Yet he didn't seem to care. Typical behavior from this location. Will never come back.
