I had to leave 3 voicemails before anyone would call to tell me they cannot dispense my medication and it would have to be sent to a different pharmacy altogether. I’m not angry that they couldn’t dispense the medication, but I am angry that it took 2 weeks and 3 voicemails for anyone to communicate that to me. Just don’t bother with this pharmacy.

HORRIBLE customer service. Check out girls were EXTREMELY rude and would not help me! They were even mocking me! Then they gave me a fake number for corporate!

I used to love coming here and gaming the app and stacking coupons to get my $1 toothpaste haha. I dread coming here now.
About a year ago they took away the handheld baskets because of theft.
Also about that time they no longer allow employees to check you out. Self serve only.
The employees that ARE hovering near the front? You can tell it must be terrible to work here. They do their best but there's only so much they can do.
The store always feels like it's in the need of a cleaning.
The poor pharmacist look exhausted. Although if I could rate the pharmacy department by itself, I'd give it 5 stars. They're always helpful.
Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Walgreens. Literally 50 yards away.

This CVS has some of the rudest Pharmacy members. They take forever to fill your prescription, and will only do it when they're ready as other pharmacies will fill it while you wait for it. Not to mention instead of personally talking to you they yell your business across the room for all to hear. Really annoyed with attitudes every month when I come to fill my prescriptions.

If I could put -Star I would!!! I was there on Jan.31 2024, they had me thinking I was going to have a stroke and refused me , even though I was there for a sinus infection, so I went had my blood pressure rechecked and I was fine and got treated for my sinus infection.the CNA that took my blood pressure left my arm bruised , she had it pumped up so tight.then when sue called the nurse practitioner in, she just took the CANs word for it instead of taking it fir herself. Horrible experience.. Would not recommend there to anyone!!!

Never had an issue with pharmacy, but the hours are now very inconvenient. Two times I needed a Rx on a Saturday and they are now closed on Saturdays. Before choosing this location make sure the hours will work for you. The one in PV has better hours.

I'm going to stick to the facts. I had back surgery and I came to this pharmacy for my medications. I ended up buying two packages of miralax the generic version. That equals out to be 20 doses of this medicine. Still no relief and my pain is getting worse the longer I don't go to the bathroom. I finally bought the generic version of miralax from Walmart. One capful is all it took for me to find relief. So I don't know what they're passing off as generic but it certainly is not a legitimate product.I could next go into the customer service I received but I feel that I've wasted enough time on this place.
