The lady upfront at the checkouts didn’t say hi didn’t say bye didn’t offer any help when I was standing there looking around to where I needed to go. And the poor pharmacist in the back was busy couldn’t check me out and told me it would be five minutes. But at least she offered to help. I’m guessing if I go back in there right now, she’ll still be on the phone.

CVS pharmacist Michael Wing at 8800 W 95th St,overland Park,KS location was very rude.His behavior is very disrespectful and unprofessional.He offended me several time during phone conversation and hang up the the phone without explaining the matter.I contacted the CVS Customer Relations for Complaints no response. CVS higher authorities simply don't care.Avoid this Pharmacy.

I have no issue with the pharmacist when I go to the window. However, when you call them, you never know what you’re going to get. I just got off the phone with them and the lady was so not helpful and then hung up on me. I have had times where I’ve been waiting for a connection to a pharmacist and The call just ended. You never know what you’re going to get when it comes to a phone call with them.

Online says open until 10pm. Showed up just after 630pm, they were locking the doors. I asked what time they closed. They said 7pm. I said online it says 10pm and they reaponded that they know, its just wrong. Im okay with that, but then I said so you close at 7? And they said yes. I looked at my watch and said "It's 6:38." They said they know but no one was there. Then they just walked away from me in the parking lot. By the way there were more cars in the parking lot wanting to be able to shop as well. Run your business correctly. No worries, we went across the street to Walgreens. I'll just keep going there instead.

9:30am 8/7/23What is going on here?? Look at these reviews. The store is almost completely empty and the cashier would not stop talking to another guest, and left in the middle of ringing me up to go help the guest with something. When she returned, I asked her about getting cash back, she said they could do it. Continues checking me out, and by the end of the transaction, didn't get me cash back. So I said, "and to get cash back what do I need to do. It didn't ask me." So she looks at me and goes, "yea I don't know." So I just stood there staring at her. She stared at me. I said "I guess I won't get cash back then?" And she said "yea..." And continued talking to that same guest.

CVS pharmacy needs to hire more staff. Maybe pay them better so they have some retention. The poor guys are always working SO hard. Treat our healthcare workers better!!! And treat your patients better, CVS. There is such an increase in demand. It's everywhere. So adapt. This review has nothing to do with the staff, it's all the company's. Do better, CVS.

Don’t order any photo printing, they will waste your time. They do not have supplies even though on their website they are listed as CVS that you can order your prints from. They will send you confirmation email that it is ready to pick. Bad service highly dissatisfied. Manager never called me to let me know that they were unable to as he claimed he did,

I'm just lost for words. Wish I didn't have to take medications. Standing in line. No one in front of me. Four workers (which is a shocker) and it took 5 minutes for one to help. No one even bothered to say "Just a moment, I'll be right with you." Smh

This is one of the worst pharmacy that I have ever had to deal with. They evidently are very under staffed or just want to run it with the bear minimum. I waited on the phone for about an hour and no one ever came to say anything. Of course people are upset that they can't even get through to talk to someone. Everyone can't just drive or walk to the store. They have questions about their medication and they never anwswer the phone.

Idk if the pharmacy is short staffed or what. It takes forever to pick up prescriptions because they can't ever find them! And it's not just me. I see it with the patrons in front of me. I have to go through CVS for prescriptions because of insurance, and I wonder if a different location would be better. Because by the time they find my prescriptions, I could have driven to a different location and back.

Dropped my UPS package off here, they lost it for a week, causing me many problems that came after that in the delay of my package and a insurance nightmare. Never drop UPS packages off here, take them to UPS or a UPS Store. These "access points" lose packages and or they sit for a week before they get handed to UPS. Same thing happened at Michaels Crafts store by Oak Park Mall. UPS should ban these poor service locations.

On the phone I was told my prescriptions would be ready at noon. I went at 1:20 to give a time buffer. Michelle treated me like a huge inconvenience and told me it was not ready and I should never trust what is said on the phone. I explained, nicely, that I was a teacher and since it was conference day this was my only 30 minute window. I asked if it might be ready if I wait there for a while. Michael, the pharmacist, then came to the window and yelled at me - said I wasn’t thinking about all the other customers there (I was the only person there) and that they were going to lunch soon so they couldn’t help me. If this was a one-time incident it would be one thing, but this type of problem occurs again and again. This pharmacy is going to lose all of its business because its employees certainly don’t seem to care.

Anytime I call pharmacy. They do not answer. Horrible service. I was on hold 20 minutes. Decided to drive up and see if maybe they were just too busy. Not one customer at pharmacy.

They refuse to hire a reasonable number of people which makes calling in a prescription nearly impossible and communication if something requires your attention is nonexistent no matter what measures you take. I'd be here all day and exhaust myself trying to even cover the tip of the iceberg of how insanely negligent CVS is across the board when it comes to medication needs so I'll just warn you to not go there instead. The Walgreens across the street is an okay-ish option. Not great by any means but they at least make sure they have enough staff to function according to the nominal duties of a pharmacy.
