Diane went out of her way to help my grandson find sporting cards, baseball and football. She went over and above to help us and make sure we had everything we needed. On top of that she was busy helping other customers as well and always had a smile on her face

CVS coupons are only valid without a sale. Therefore, practically everything is “on sale” so the “great” coupon is useless.

CVS Overland Park Kansas
Exterior concrete and lot need power washing. Trash can is overflowing.
Interior carpet is dirty but not as dirty as many CVS locations. Interior lighting is excellent.
Shelves are well stocked. The shelf I checked was fairly clean and it was date rotated.
Pricing was competitive to similar type facilities.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a difficult situation with a prescription but the pharmacist, who'd only been out of pharm school a month, worked very long and hard and figured it out. It saved me $390. MANY people would not have been that diligent or determined. I was impressed and grateful, for sure!

The Grey hair old woman said I couldn't use my nation's benefit card to buy vitamins. I had done previously. I asked if they had milk and she said yes. It was expired already.this CVS at 9501 Nall Avenue in Overland Park Kansas has the WORST customer service out of any drug store I've ever been to. The little dark haired piss ant was just as bad 👎. This store has serious issues. My advice don't go their!!

one of the people working there named Ethan was very rude. Me and my friends were trying to use a coupon and he came over and said to my friend and I quote "move kid!" I could not believe that Ethan said that but after that went to buy something and I was trying to use my coupons and like a boomer I am I couldn't figure it out. Then comes Ethan all mad and stuff and said "oh, great now your breaking our machines," in a very mean way. I was baffled. He then stormed off. Ethan has always been like this and I just don't know how cvs is allowing this. I will never ever come back. Also Ethan that was not kind and I did not like your tone when talking to me and my friends

Horrible experience trying to pick up my stimulant TWICE. The Monday after I got it prescribed they made me wait in the drive thru for like 20-30 minutes just to tell me they can't give me it today but assured me I can get it tomorrow. Came back tomorrow and waited in line in the drive thru just to be told to wait 20 minutes and come inside. Waited 20 minutes outside and then 20 minutes in line inside just to be told to wait at the counter for another 30 minutes, and they ultimately told me they don't EVEN HAVE the generic I was prescribed this entire time and I have to call my doctor and have her send my meds elsewhere. At this point I'll get my meds elsewhere and TWO WEEKS from when it was prescribed. That is ridiculous and I've spent hours at this CVS recently for literally no reason. On election day nonetheless when I was trying to get to a poll before 7 as well. Thanks so much for wasting my time. I will NEVER get meds filled here again or maybe another CVS ever.

The people are nice enough, but I can’t say enough crappy things about how they keep changing their pharmacy hours. They have moved hours between 6 and 8 pm for the past 2 years at least! I’ve tried to be patient, but they can’t be consistent. What’s the point of the pharmacy with constantly shifting hours in the evening. It’s impossible to keep up. I’m transferring all my prescriptions to a different CVS.

Everyone here is always very friendly and ask if they can assist you. I have shopped here for years and never had a bad experience at this location.

Ellie and her team are super helpful, call back in such a fast call return time and no matter how many times I have talked to them that week, are patient with me. I can be extremely anxious especially with my meds and how often they are changing. I worry less with my current psych retiring now, since I know the team in the pharmacy will always do as much as they can to be helpful.

Excellent customer service from initial greeting to assistance in locating all products. Pricing of CVS labeled products are always my first choice and the environment is very positive.

I went in (in pain). The medication I needed was listed online as in stock, but was not on the shelf. When I asked the guy who worked there for help he literally told me that he couldn’t look for more in the back because “it’s so disorganized back there”. ?!?!?!?!?!?!???♀️ So, I’ll have fun being in pain and trying to find this medication somewhere else now.

I spoke directly with the pharmacist on the phone who told me my Rx would be ready at 4:00. When I showed up at 4:30, the pharmacist told me it would be ready at 5:00, and not to trust them unless they tell me the time in person. So I guess they are authorized to lie to you over the phone, but not in person!

There Pharmacy hrs are all messed up, You never know when someone is there. Then when someone is there they seem to be brainless about what is going on with your meds. What has happened here use to be good but not anymore.
