The pharmacy hours are not correct on the web site. I went last night and the hours are 10:00 am -6:00 pm. So, I will not be able to pick up meds except on weekend, I guess.

I wanted to return an item that could not be returned, totally understand that, it was my fault. However the way in which I was spoken to was completely dismissive and patronizing. Will gladly drive out of my way next time I need a CVS.

I get you don't want tons of phone calls but the automated system to get a hold of the pharmacy for a simple question is way too much.

I understand the pressure pharmacists especially working at CVS are under. I work in customer service, and when I make a mistake I apologize and correct it to the best of my ability. I was given one month supply of my medication when I paid for a three month supply. I understand completely that mistakes happen! I work a job where I give customers their orders and there have been times where I have accidentally forgotten an item, or a bag- I have never accused a customer of lying or even implied that they were lying- and I always am quick to apologize and fix the issue. So I am not mad at all that this happened as it’s a mistake, and they happen, I’m upset with how I was treated. Called them, and at first the guy was nice, he went to check their records because they take photos of the orders they fulfill- makes sense. He tells me they have a photo of the box (the big box the medication comes in that then has three small boxes inside) and asks me if I’m sure. Yes, I’m sure. Continues to ask again if I’m sure because they have proof, I say yes. I got one month supply. He gets snappy and rude with me after I confirm I only received one month supply. I work in customer service, I get that there are off days. I also understand you never accuse or imply a customer is lying- especially when you don’t have proof. Open the boxes and check that all three of the small boxes are there. Im sure 99% of the time you can get away with not checking, but my situation is a part of that 1% where my medication was not there. I don’t want to be treated like a Karen when unfortunately somewhere along the way the pharmacy made a mistake. I’m switching my pharmacy now so I really don’t care about leaving a review. I don’t need the apologies and All of that, I just don’t want to be treated like I’m lying about not receiving my medication. So I guess this is a cautionary warning that there are other CVS pharmacy’s that have staff members who are more prepared and willing to work with customers, have amazing pharmacists, and fix areas of problem- this is not one of them.

The pharmacist at this location is a total jerk. I called in and told them the situation with my prescription and that it was hand written and was told that was fine. I then verified the amount I needed filled and was told it was okay. When I got there and handed in the prescription, without checking, I was told they don't have my meds. Then when I told them I just called, the guy got an attitude with me and said he wouldn't fill my prescription because it was handwritten. I told him I just called and told them the situation and they said it was okay. I asked him to call the doctor and verify the prescription and he said "it's my digression and I'm not going to fill it." Been going there for over 10 years and won't be going to another cvs again. This situation explains their 2.4 stars.

CVS 95th and Mission RdFacility was well lit , however the carpet needs cleaned.Staff was friendly , shelves had plenty of stock and I found what I needed easily.Has bathrooms and Handicap parking and accessibility.
