Extremely rude phone operator. There was no sense of urgency and the pharmacy called me back but only let the phone ring once. I'm lucky that my original pharmacist helped me get my anti seizure meds. Because if I hadnt I would have been raising hell. Avoid this CVS

While trying to check on the status of a prescription, all I could get was a computer, which wanted me to leave a voicemail for call back. Is this truly the best we can do? Where did actual customer service go? This is beyond ridiculous. Not too long ago I had another prescription filled by CVS that my doctor wanted me to start asap. They texted me that it was ready 5 minutes before they closed for the day. I would leave 0 stars if that were possible.

Its okay. I gotta say though; I didn't LOVE it when the pharmacy tech who gave me my prescription loudly declared what they were. I understand they wanted to communicate with me what I was getting, but not everyone in the store needed to know what prescriptions I was picking up.

For the past year or so this Pharamcy has gone down hill. There has yet to be a time where all my prescriptions are on time. Just recently (today) had my last straw with them. They not only were trying to charge me more for a medication but never once stopped and would give me explanation. After doing my own research and looking at another Pharamcy they explained exactly what was happening with my script and pricing and was able to get my medication cost down from 92.00 to 10.00. I am contacting corporate and making a report. Their neglect and effort on their part made for a long day for me along with me having to leave work to try and handle this. Oh not to mention it’s my heart medication. Please do you research and look for another location or new pharmacy !

If you’re going to close at 9PM or earlier, maybe you should change your hours online/posted outside &/or leave a note on the door so I don’t waste my time. The College Boulevard location clearly says it closes at 10. I showed up to hopefully grab an item around 9:10 and everything was shut down. All the lights off inside except for the lights in the front after you would pass entrance doors. It would be nice to know what time the entire store is going to close before I leave my home to see if I can grab an item really quick. I don’t want to be a bother, but the least you could do is post accurate hours & stick to them.

8:15pm and they are closed down. Usually have no issues with this place, but this was disappointing.

So I’m standing in line at the pharmacy. The person is just finishing up in front of me. It just turned 1:29pm and the person working there tells me that they are closing for lunch and to come back later! I was on my lunch break, having major allergies and all I needed was some allergy medicine from behind the counter and they couldn’t take 1 minute out of their time to let me purchase what I needed! won’t be going back to that store ever again! This seems to be a growing trend among CVS and their pharmacy staff! They are rude and act like they don’t want to be there. The customers are not their priority! It seems like lunch is their priority!

Horrible phone manner in pharmacy. Extremely rude and condescending. Not concerned with assisting patients. Will cut you off the entire time you try to talk. Loses medication and won’t take time to find.

Not helpful at all. Workers are standing around chatting while people are waiting for prescriptions to be filled. I was told 10 minutes and right now it’s been 30.

This cvs is the absolute worst, it is literally a last resort store. Specifically, the photo department is garbage. Walgreens is 10 times better. Their picture quality is so bad it's embarrassing. I had professional photos printed and they looked like they were taken on an old phone. Another time, I tried to print out 4 pictures, just 4. And was there for 40 minutes and left with 0. It is pathetic. I will never use them again and just make the trip to Walgreens.
