If you’re going to close at 9PM or earlier, maybe you should change your hours online/posted outside &/or leave a note on the door so I don’t waste my time. The College Boulevard location clearly says it closes at 10. I showed up to hopefully grab an item around 9:10 and everything was shut down. All the lights off inside except for the lights in the front after you would pass entrance doors. It would be nice to know what time the entire store is going to close before I leave my home to see if I can grab an item really quick. I don’t want to be a bother, but the least you could do is post accurate hours & stick to them.

Not helpful at all. Workers are standing around chatting while people are waiting for prescriptions to be filled. I was told 10 minutes and right now it’s been 30.

This cvs is the absolute worst, it is literally a last resort store. Specifically, the photo department is garbage. Walgreens is 10 times better. Their picture quality is so bad it's embarrassing. I had professional photos printed and they looked like they were taken on an old phone. Another time, I tried to print out 4 pictures, just 4. And was there for 40 minutes and left with 0. It is pathetic. I will never use them again and just make the trip to Walgreens.

Savannah has absolutely no business working at a pharmacy. She lacks customer service, compassion and kindness. Her response to me saying I needed my son’s medication and asking for helping finding a CVS with it was “ we don’t have time, get out of line” Absolutely heartless and I will be transferring my medication to elsewhere.

I went into cvs to get some ointment for my nose since I have a rash but I didn’t know what to get so I went and asked the pharmacist and they said I have to get an appointment( which I can’t afford) in order for them to tell me what to get instead of just listening to my concern and letting me know what to get when I went to target pharmacy the really nice pharmacist was more than welcome to look at my nose and provide me with the right ointment for my problem, this cvs is terrible I wouldn’t give them business

There is always a problem with this pharmacy when picking up medications. Today they somehow didn't have my son's insurance info in their system and we have been coming here for two years every month. We provide insurance and they come back and tell us it termed in Feb. I call the insurance and they show active no concerns. They lady left off at the drive up windows with no word she'd be right back. So we pull around to go inside to handle this and they closed up for lunch. They still had our credit card and license. I had to get a cvs store employee to help me retrieve my stuff and she tells me the pharmacy staff isn't showed to speak to customers during their lunch. I repeatedly told her they've been helping us and the never said they're were going to lunch. Are suppose to wait till lunch is over? Meanwhile this employee goes back retrieves my sons meds and our credit card and license. I notice they ran the full amount of the meds on our card and didn't even listen to us that insurance is active. This place is very unprofessional.

I have had mixed experiences at this CVS pharmacy with some of the staff, but Chase was so sympathetic and helpful during my last visit. I feel like he went above and beyond and I am so thankful.

I'm an older adult that's been put on attention deficit medication because AD was affecting my driving.There's been a shortage (no pharmacy's fault), but I've had to call my doctor multiple times to forward to a CVS that had it in stock.Finally have the Rx filled at this CVS on College Blvd weeks later. So happy to finally pick it up and they charge $200 for the generic. I show them my CVS discount card and a GoodRX coupon for $49.They said they reserve the right to deny coupon. No reasoning. They just want me to pay $150 more because they won't type in the valid coupon code. NEVER HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED THISI've been on the Rx for 5 years... other CVS locations, Costco, Walgreens have always honored the discount.What a bunch of arrogant, God complex, scum

Never give any business to this store. My wife set vaccine appointments for our 2 and 4 year old. She was turned away after showing up nine minutes late for the appointment because they were 'busy' and they showed up late. My wife started crying. They couldn't have cared less.
