The fulfillment center and physical stores cannot, and do not communicate well together. I have not had a single item on my most recent order fulfilled and after almost two months of waiting, just got informed that the pants will not be in stock until March of 2024. Was told in store that my order would ship in 2-3 weeks. After those three weeks, a customer care center rep told me that it was on back order with shipment promise of mid December. I paid money, I waited patiently, I called the physical store only to get a voice automated message to call customer care. Not one actual individual seems to care that money was spent, expectations were created, and once again left unfulfilled. This is the second order that I’ve had to cancel because of supply issues in the fulfillment center and poor communication. My child needs a uniform for school. With three companies monopolizing school uniforms, why is supply an issue? Extremely frustrating!Oh, and this is my son’s Kindergarten year. Not a hopeful outlook on the years to come. I have contacted my son’s school to talk with them about changing their required uniform provider.

I do appreciate the kind employees at the Overland Park store. I realize it’s not their fault that Dennis Uniform Company does not have enough inventory for the demand. I have had to cancel orders from several months ago because I never received my complete order. And I have been waiting 6 weeks for pants for my kids…December weather requires pants in Missouri. This kind of service is unacceptable. Dennis Uniform warehouse simply does not have the inventory to do a good job.

Orders have been on back order for 3-4 months, sent me a pair of shorts that aren’t even Dennis uniform brand, nobody replies to emails. Everything is out of stock. Ridiculous.

We ordered uniforms over two months ago. They sent us one item in the mail and still owe us three. They act like they don't know what's going on and refuse to send the rest of our uniforms! We spent over $400 in their store and only received about half of that! Avoid them at all costs!!

I called before we came because this was our first visit and we live about an hour away. I didn’t want to make the trip if I would have to end up ordering online anyway. The girl that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. When we got there everyone seemed eager to help and showed us around the store. Anything we needed that wasn’t in store was ordered for us with free shipping. I’m glad we made the trip because a few things fit differently than I expected. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a great experience! We were greeted right when we walked in the door and helped immediately with our needs. They had our sizes and anything that wasn’t in stock they ordered and it was sent straight to our home. They were extremely helpful with the entire experience

The gentlemen I worked with the only two times I have been in is so polite, friendly, helpful, quick and attentive that I feel called to write a review when I never do these things. Great service! The quality of the items we purchased seem really good.

We had a great experience at Dennis Uniform this week. My son will be a freshman in high school this fall and this was our first experience with Dennis. I wish I would've gotten his name but the gentleman who helped us was so friendly and helpful. He gave me a form to keep track of all the different sizes we needed, gave us a copy of the school dress code for reference and was quick to grab different items until we found what fit best.

I waited 3 months for an order and finally cancelled the remaining items, since they will be out of season by the time they arrive. This has been a very poor customer experience. I understand they moved facilities, but 3+ months is ridiculous.

Have been waiting 6+ months on an order for the ‘22-23 school year that is now almost over. Customer Service is so poor that I have to check in every month for an update only to receive short, rude responses that my daughters uniform is still not in.
