Amazing experience with Mrs Sheryl today at the Dollar tree. I called first and she was beyond helpful, kind and willing to check on availability of balloons for me for our Graduation ? party. Then when we arrived she greeted us with the best smile and went above and beyond to help us purchase 15 plus balloons(as well as several others great finds ?)...her and her teammate enthusiastically blew up all those balloons without an ounce of annoyance with the time is took to get them all done. The store was clean, organized and well stocked. We drove across town to shop there and will do so again because of the kindness and professionalism we experienced there today. Kindness is free and it was nice to see employees liking their jobs and extending such great service to their customers. Way to go Sheryl, Francis, George and the Dollar tree. Keep up the great work!

The cashier today, and older lady waa very rude. She told me my card was the wrong card and took it from me, which is not true, as I've used that same debit card in that particular dollar tree every week for months. Then she put my card in backwards and told me it was the card. ?. I deal with multiple CFS, Fibromyalgia, gastroporesis and I was already in the line a Ling time. I was feeling week and I just got out a different card because I felt as if I was going to faint. I was burning up, dizzy, etc. I said, I'm sorry, but please use this other card as im getting sick. She had the nerve to tell me her sister is sick so she understands. No you don't. I also dealt with vagal shutdown.
I used to go to this store all the time.
I'll drive out of my way to go to a different Dollar general now

The girl that was working the cash register was very good. She had a huge line and was very jovial to the customers. She was the only one at the registers. She did call for help but no one came. The manager came out his office looked at the situation and blamed the girl at the register for not calling for help sooner. Not like she had time as she was working hard. The incompetent manager continued to blame her and not take responsibility for this issue himself. I have managed many stores in my life and he should have moved into the other register and got busy himself. I love Dollar tree but feel like you need to know about this issue so we all don’t shop at a different store.

Well, never thought I'd see the day that the Dollar Store is No Longer the Dollar Store. Everything is now $1.25-$5.00. Spent almost $50 and walked out with about half that many items. Really enjoyed the new variety of items for sale but, by raising the prices, they're now equitable to a 5-Below. If you're gonna raise your prices for good, then time to rebrand as a whole.

I recently visited the Dollar Tree store located at 151st ST, and I must say, my friends and I had an incredibly disappointing experience. Not only were the managers rude, but their behavior was downright disrespectful.From the moment we walked in, we were met with cold glares and a complete lack of hospitality. When we approached the managers with a simple question, they responded with condescending tones and dismissive attitudes. It was as if they had no interest in providing any form of customer service whatsoever.As paying customers, we expected to be treated with basic decency and respect, but unfortunately, that was far from the case. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and unwanted. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Dollar Tree brand as a whole.Furthermore, it wasn't just an isolated incident with one manager. We encountered this discourteous behavior from multiple managers throughout our visit. It was clear that they lacked proper training in customer service and basic interpersonal skills.In addition to the disrespectful behavior, we also found the store to be disorganized and poorly maintained. Shelves were frequently empty, making it difficult to find the items we needed. The checkout process was slow and inefficient, causing unnecessary delays.Overall, our experience at this Dollar Tree was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of the managers. We will not be returning to this location, and we strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their shopping needs.It is my hope that the management takes this review seriously and makes a concerted effort to improve their customer service standards. No customer should ever have to endure such unpleasant treatment while simply trying to make a purchase.
