I always enjoy browsing through the enormous selection of shoes. It is rare that I can't find something I need and that says something because I have problems with my feet including a wide arch and arthritis in my big toe. The clerks were helpful and efficient.

Overall, the store seems to be doing a lot better since they aren't blaring music through broken speakers anymore. Lol. I will just say a recent experience will most likely have me shopping online from here on out, though. It's 💯 a customer service training issue and nothing more. After waiting in a long line, the cashier took a call and helped the person on the line. I was left waiting for the next cashier. I feel like if it's your turn, and you're standing there with cash in hand- you should not be made to wait over someone on the phone. Maybe that's just a pet peeve of mine. Luckily, the next cashier had great customer service skills, and I left without being overly annoyed (she had cute pigtail bunches if that helps identify her for some extra praise from her managers-).
