One of the worst stores we’ve ever ordered from. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. Didn’t make complaints the first two times this store messed up but the third time is just too much! Lacks items, lacks delivery, lacks ingredients… then calls to tell you after the fact so you’re left scrambling to find a replacement the day of, for the birthday kid. Extremely frustrated, disappointed, and angry!

AVOID for special/important occasions: It is 9PM on Mother's day, and the $105 plate I'd ordered for her days ago is "out for delivery" - obviously not going to make it. I live far away, and this has been something we've done for a while to bridge that gap on occasions like this. Not any more, at least not with this location. I'll be more careful next time, it looks like these guys are pretty hit-and-miss....

Edible Arrangements has always been my go-to delivery business for all special occasions. I use them quite a bit all around the country and have had nothing but awesome compliments from the people who received their products. Unfortunately, The stores in Kansas City are horrible and I, of course, will not be ordering from them again and I encourage you to not waste your time trying to get involved with them. When they are having a hard day, they are completely incompetent and unable to accept that they have completely messed up. The "Be Sweet" tag line I heard over and over while i was on hold for 1 1/2 hours is definitely not the embraces by the gals at the Overland Park location and the Broadway Street location. When I originally placed my order by phone, the gal that answered the phone said she was busy dealing with all their complaints and someone else would have to help me. They are unable to give me the correct order number so I can get a refund. I was told to call corporate who was unable to help me get a refund without the correct order number. When I called them both together, the woman at the Overland Store told me to shut up, told corporate to call her directly and threatened to press charges and get a restraining order. WTF is going on with these people????? Kansas City must be a hell hole living with people like this. Don't go there and don't support these people. Wish I could give zero stars....

Ordered a custom box and it was completely wrong. Called and told them, they said my manager wasn't in and they'll get back to me soon. Gave them a week and then nothing so I called back, gave me the same story and said they have just been very busy so I tried to be understanding. Waited another week and called the complaint line just for them to do literally the same thing. Haven't heard anything from ANYONE. No refund. No remake. Not even a phone call. I recommend NEVER using this place because all they'll do is give you the run around and act like they can't help you.

I would love to share my experience either positive or negative. But i really can't. I could never get anyone to answer the phone. I tried both the OP and Lee Summit store. Thursday afternoon. Just had a couple of quick questions about hrs and product. I feel being on hold 3-5 minutes is sort of reasonable. But when u start hitting the 7 minute mark... Disappointing that kind of a simple thing in this type of business isn't accomplished. Seems to be a pattern of poor business standards.

Placed same-day order for birthday basket with delivery to a hotel. The driver stopped at the front desk and the clerk asked her to leave the delivery at the desk since the recipients were not there. Driver refused, and supposedly dropped it off at the room, but the recipient never received it.Next day calls to the store either went unanswered or they said they would speak to their manager, with each separate call acting like they didn’t remember the problem from earlier. Come to find out they actually have no manager.Called corporate and requested a re-delivery, which also never happened. Then requested a refund, which has yet to happen.

I would give this location a zero if I could. Had an order placed to be delivered Valentines Day. Apparently this location was closed Valentine's Day (like seriously?) so order was sent to different store. The order was delivered February 15 NOT the 14th. And instead of receiving entire order I was delivered some pathetic strawberries that looked like they was dipped by a child. I didn't receive my dozen roses that was ordered. Call shop where order was sent to and driver admitted there was No roses delivered. We requested a full refund because order was a day late and quality of what was received wasn't up to par. We was told we would get a full refund from original store we ordered from (Overland Park KS). A month later we get a refund for half the purchase since we received the strawberries. We have used other locations in southwest Missouri multiple times and have always been extremely happy with the quality of the orders and customer service. Unfortunately had a TERRIBLE experience with a same-day delivery order that 7 days later ended up getting canceled while I was on hold for the 10th time with Corporate.Order placed on Wed, 2.16 and wasn't delivered. Understood the store being closed on 2.17 due to weather in KC area. However, I was told Friday and Monday when I called that the order would be delivered those days. By the following Wed when I called because the order still wasn't delivered, I was put on hold multiple times and while on hold they processed a refund. Didn't want the refund, just wanted the gift delivered.A manager called me back and told me there was nothing they could do and unless I wanted to contact another store and place another order this was all yhere was.Luckily, Hyvee stepped up and delivered that day. A week later after my employee's dog dying did she finally receive our gift from another company. Thanks Edible Arrangements for making this week exhausting for all of us.

Do not order from this location. Order was delivered late in the day and by morning the fruit was already spoiled. Smelled awful. It was a $90 order. They agreed to remake it but wouldn’t deliver. Had to pick up. I live in Texas which was why I ordered delivery in the first place. And they can barely speak English. Horrible experience.

I ordered a gift for my mom yesterday to be delivered today. I was worried about the snow that was supposed to stop by midday today but then kept coming down.... I called to see if I could get connected to the store and make sure they were still doing deliveries today, but they never picked up after staying on the line for twenty minutes. The guy from corporate was very nice and said he made a direct request to the manager to call me back. Really... I just wanted to ask if they were still doing deliveries in this snow. I was also going to offer to pick it up, instead, if they weren't doing deliveries today. 5 minutes after the call they were arranging my order. Coincidence? Guess that answered my question--there was someone at the store purposefully not picking up the phone! One hour later it was out for delivery. One hour after that and it was delivered in person. No call-backs from the store. 0/10 Communication 10/10 Delivered in person and tasted great! Guess that makes this 4/5 stars. At least my order was delivered in good shape and within business hours unlike some other reviewer stories on here. However, I can see what everyone means about this location being hard to get a hold of. What if I had real problems that needed to be addressed? It's not good business practice to ignore phone calls. My mom was really happy with the arrangement, though. So I'm happy, too!

I am not one to leave poor reviews, and I try giving businesses the benefit of the doubt. But I have never experienced such terrible service. I ordered my mom chocolate covered strawberries for a belated Valentines Day present Feb 15. She never got her delivery yet they charged my card. I tried reaching out via email, phone and Facebook but no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I finally had to drive to the store where two employees were hiding out in the back. I explained my situation and asked for a refund. They took out their cell phone and called someone asking if they could take a refund.... Thankfully I got refunded eventually. But worst experience! I will never do business here again.

I ordered early on valentines day and paid the rush my order fee of $15 and the order still never arrived. I then went to the store to check on the order the previous day only to see the store was closed during store hours with a bright open sign flashing. i proceeded to try to get a refund which i have been giving the run around. this happened 2/16 and its 2/21 and I still haven't gotten my refund. I called customer service twice and spoke to a near by store and they all feed me lies. I am from Miami and never had this type of problem. The store on Metcalf has to do better honestly.

An absolute joke i've been trying to contact someone since they opened at 8 so that i could make changes to my order. Spent 80 minutes on hold still no answer. Then I email the company no response. Worse customer service from a distance i've ever had. Like not even refundable at this point. Very amateur. Also dont even bother using calling the 1-877 number they comment back with cause they will have you on hold just as long as the regular damn store. Company is a complete joke. Getting away with highway robbery

If I could leave Zero stars I would! This has been the worst experience ever! Ordered an arrangement for my mother on Valentine's Day which was NEVER delivered despite being told it had been. Then was told that because their system showed delivered despite the online tracking system saying it was being arranged that I could not get a refund but they would deliver it on Saturday. When my mother called to see when it would arrive, she was told that she had to come pick it up which was not what I was told. I am not sending my 83-year old mother to get her arrangement. Now they are fighting issuing a refund. Worst experience with this company and you might want to think twice before doing business with this location.

Horrible experience! ordered a tray for my brother, chocolate strawberries were missing. This was delivered a day late. Had to call twice, manager said I can pick them up, my husband has covid, this was not an option. Told her they need to deliver, they are done with deliveries for the day and will not be making any deliveries for the next week. So, you need to refund me, the manager becomes just the delivery driver. She can't refund me, I will need to call Corp, what's there number? I don't know, you will have to look it up! WTF?? Whatever happened to customer service??? I am so tired of lousy service and no accountability!! I chose delivery because taking something to my brother at this time is NOT an option!!
