One of your truck drivers cut us off in a very dangerous way and then proceeded to flip us off. He followed us into the Bucee's after that. This happened on I-44 at 6:30pm, Aug. 20th, about 30 miles west of Springfield, MO. Texas license plate - K18 9041.
Do better at filtering out road ragers, this is ridiculous.

The quality of the dining room table was good. The 2nd delivery of our delayed cushions was very, very disappointing and I emailed the salesperson about the experience.

I purchased a home office set including desk, chair and two bookcase/ file units. I really appreciated that they held the set until our house was complete several weeks later. Delivery was fine, with no damage and complete setup. Value (with sale prices) was OK but furniture prices are way too high these days. The quality and detail was not what I remembered from Ethan Allen years ago, but that too is the new norm

Buyer beware of the Overland Park Ethan Allen delivery services. We purchased a kitchen table and chairs early last Spring. In early June we were told the chairs and the table were ready for delivery. Our chairs arrived, but not the table. We were informed the delivery service for their store had changed and was now out of St. Louis. You are then at the mercy of the St. Louis warehouse to get your order to Kansas City. It was another 2 months before our table was finally delivered, and even then the delivery service erred and delivered the table a day after they said they would-their dispatcher was clueless as to where our furniture was in transit. I will also say while we appreciated the designer we worked with, when we returned to the store to ask additional questions about our potential purchase, the other designers had nothing to do with us knowing they would not be getting a commission. A very disappointing experience. As I said, buyer beware.

The sofa we bought is very uncomfortable. The one on the showroom floor however was comfortable. Clearly it was a bait and switch so be careful.

Delivery not so good. For the price they make you pay with no option for delivery and they hire a subcontractor with poor delivery skills.

Meredith was INVALUABLE!!! Have made all my previous Ethan Allen furniture purchases in store but since that is no longer an option in my location, Meredith helped me with my website purchase. She helped me with measurements, sent fabric swatches and photos of the sofa in store and with the online order process. My sofa arrived exactly as I wanted, a beautiful piece backed by the quality Ethan Allen is known for.Thank you Meredith!

So disappointed in Ethan Allen - I bought 2 couches, 2 leather recliners, and one console table. The console table came in with a chip in it-(they did return) and my recliner was cut from the delivery guy.Instead of giving a brand new replacement chair- they sent a repair guy to replace the leather that was cut. It was not put back together “factory quality “ & is worse then before. 4 spots are unacceptable. I bought from Ethan Allen expecting quality- I couldn’t be more disappointed!

I was forced to put 1 star but in reality they deserve ZERO stars.Ethan Allen and JOSHUA BUTLER-SMITH, DISTRICT CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR are horrible. I have ordered a table top over a year ago. I have paid for it in FULL up front. I have called inquiring on the status multiple times with NO results. Called and opened a corporate complaint - they assigned it to Joshua. Well he is worthless - does not reply to emails, will not return phone calls - all he did was gave me some initial lip service. 13 months later and I still have NO ANSWERS, NO RETURN CALLS and NO TABLE TOP. DO NOT BUY FROM ETHAN ALLEN unless you want to wait endlessly and pay for NOTHING in return

After three months of waiting for our customized sofa, it is here! The quality is amazing and it looks so sharp in our remodeled living room. When we were first looking at sofas, Ethan Allen sales agent drove 90 miles to meet with us at our home and go over options. She even referred an upholsterer for two accent chairs we wanted to reupholster. Then she helped us pick fabric for these accent chairs and gave us her opinion on our remodeling plans - all at no cost. We are very pleased with Ethan Allen and would certainly purchase from them in the future.

Nancy was extremely helpful and it was very easy to design the exact furniture we wanted. Our chairs came earlier than expected and they are beautiful! We are still waiting on our couch, but we know it will also be perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
