1st time coming They women did incredible
What I ask for vs what I got
2nd time in kinda felt rush I wanted a whole new set nails and toes and the women insisted on just a fill .I normally get a false tip on my toes but instead they just added acrylic to the toe nail tip that I was missing.Still not a bad job just felt rushed a lil bit.oh ,and I wanted a soak off but instead I got my nails rip off by using a false tip that most definitely did hurt .

I’ve been to Famous Nails twice now, and both times have been a great experience! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and the salon is clean and well-maintained. I had a pedicure and dip powder done on my nails, and they did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend them.

4 of us came in for my birthday and it was a disaster! She made my big toe bleed! Another lady came over and tried to help! I left with worst ingrowns than I came with! My toes are in pain today! My friend told her lady she wanted a design and she showed her what she wanted but never got it! She just put a clear coat and said wait 10 min and you can go then went and sat on her phone in another massage chair cracking up laughing at her phone!! She also didn’t paint 2 of her nails completely! We were absolutely shocked!! My mom thinks they forgot to lotion hers as they were doing her nails and toes at the same time!!
That’s misinformation! My friend did not deny her design! She asked for it and told her she wanted it! We were both shocked I was sitting right next to her! As for me you can clearly see the pictures of my ingrowns! I don’t need to go to the doctor for the bleed but it was super painful and there was no communication! Someone else just took over! My mom left a $45 tip she did enjoy but it was still not great!! I also looked closer at my mom’s and her paint job was all over her cuticles! I know a lot of work went into hers but I felt it was just rushed so the same tech could sit on her phone. Also the one that got just her nails done paid for gel with no communication! They didn’t have the right color in regular so had to use gel and she didn’t realize they were doing every finger and charged her! The communication was definitely off that day!

I love! I loveeee! Love it here! Very nice workers, beautiful inside, and makes u feel at ease during busy/wait time. Had my nails done from a previous salon that did not do so well, hit a little obstacle when taking off a jewel that was placed on horribly from a different salon. We was able to fix my nails and recover from it! Very nice! Thank you for my amazing nails/ service.

I do not recommend this salon. Such poor quality nails. Literally so bumpy and I’ve had 3 pop off today and I got them done 6 days ago. I paid almost $80 which is normal for what I get and they usually last 3-4 weeks from my other salons, which I will be returning to. I honestly would love to get mg money back. It was a young inexperienced technician that said she’s only been doing nails for like 3 years. I also requested almond shape and she gave me this weird long round shape. I don’t do anything crazy just tip and dip, usually almond shape and this time I did a French with color and chrome on top. Absolutely horrible. The also DO NOT tell you the price of things before they do it, they just write you up at the end. I’m stuck trying to glue the nails back on myself because I can’t afford another $80 this soon.
I will be looking into disputing this with my bank.

I won't go back. My nails were the same shape I had to pay $5 to shape them? $23 for a French tip on toes- added on to the pedicure. I wanted a French tip on my fill for my nails which were gel. instead of $46 it was gonna be $61. I picked a color. 🤣. Then you tip! They make bank! People ASK for an itemized receipt. If you don't ask, they will give you a ' what you paid receipt' .

This is a lovely salon. You can get anything you want for your nails. The staff is delightful, gentle, and qualified. The prices are reasonable and a great value. You will be treated with respect and love your nails!

The dip was almost like gel with how little they did. The tech that filled the acrylics painted sideways and missed spots.

THE BEST NAIL TECH IN KANSAS CITY AREA! I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and there is no one I trust like my girl Hannah! She is kind and accommodating. Very creative and knowledgeable in design and technique. Do yourself a favor and get your nails done here!!!!
