My contact at Farmers is very professional, polite, and responsive. Though I don't understand why I'm regularly asked to write them reviews, since I've yet to actually file a claim with them. It seems a little silly to write reviews for a company that, so far, has done nothing more than take my money.

We have had farmers insurance with Melissa for about six years now. Every time we have a question I need to add something or even need just a copy of Insurance cards. The response is immediate very friendly and professional. Insurance is one of those things you need but hope you never have to use the few times we’ve had something their response has been outstanding. We were with a previous company for 28 years and even with multi-policy discount, a 20 year discount and the customer loyalty discount farmers insurance was over $500 a year cheaper for the same policies with more coverage.Chris and Carolyn

I had AAA Insurance for over a decade. Had one claim about 8 years ago and they made it a living hell to get my reimbursement. So when I received a quote from Melissa I was pleasantly surprised how competitive the rate was; for some reason I thought I had the best rate. Might have been years ago.Anyway, I've had Melissa for a couple of year now and could not be happier. Even had a claim about a year ago and it went faster, smoother, better reimbursement, and overall had great service by everyone. Recommend her to all my family and friends.
