The young person that helped me was super nice and was very versatile helpful and remained upbeat the entire time. I don't know how name but his hair was dyed blue. He was awesome

Had my worst experience at your store today. Tried to print documents off your computer with no luck. The two girls there was no help at all, unfriendly, and didn't care about helping me. Over $9 was charged on my credit card, and I walked out with nothing.

All I knew when I walked in was that I had a PDF file and I wanted to print 10 booklets. I had no idea how to do that or what questions to ask about paper types, etc. Graham was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the products + process, and it’s impossible to overstate how kind he was throughout patiently helping me. Not only with me, but I was taking so long that I watched him interact with lots of other customers and his own coworkers with the same dignity and respect.

This place is horrible. Tried to return a box today. Lady says the box isn’t good enough. I showed her the label on the box is a fed ex label I just received 12 hours ago. Box is in the same condition it was when I got it. This is not the first time this place has done this. They try to make more money by upselling
Went to UPS down the street and they said they get a lot of business from this place because of this same story UPS is great and nice people

I got there a little late at 6:54pm and was worried that it might be too late to print a few pages. The FedEx employee Natalie was very helpful and showed me the process to print with my thumb drive every step of the way. She was amazingly nice and extremely helpful. I'd recommend this FedEx just because of her great customer service! :)

The staff was so helpful. They let me place an order for poster right there in the store and they printed it for me immediately. They even went to the trouble to print it twice because the first time it wasn’t just perfect. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their kindness.

Felt like I was expected to know the process. I actually felt embarrassed. I don’t think I would ever make my Customer feel that way I’ll just pick another location because I like FedEx..

Outstanding customer service both times I've been there. I will definitely use them in the future and that means driving past other shipping store options and going a little bit out of my way to get there. Worth it!

They were great to deal with. I needed a lot of sheets printed off the Internet, showed me exactly how to do it by going to the website, uploading my documents and they were able to print them right in the store. 5 minutes later.

Efficient and friendly service! Dropped off a package with a pre-printed label that was only partially taped on. The staff member taped it right up, we exchanged a few pleasant words, they gave me a tracking receipt, and I was out in less than 2 minutes.

This FedEx location has been one I've frequented on and off for years as I used to live really close by. It is almost always easy to park and get in and out of, and always has printers available. 4/5 stars here mostly because while it's usually an easy trip, there have been one or two times where their wifi has been out or there has been a random issue where I've had to go to another spot to print something. Overall though, I never dread stopping by this location and will return!
