I have to assume the job was done; I didn't receive the usual print-out of the various alignment values. Kinda ticked me off, too late to do anything about it.

Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation is too long.

The website shows appointment times that do not exist, don't waste your time trying to book online!!!!

More of an issue with corporate maybe, but I created an appointment on their website. Never heard back. No email, text, call, nothing. Firestones everywhere are a mess right now. I don't think they're paying enough or something.

I think they stole things from my car and my car had visable damage that wasn't present before I came in.

Scary bad. Dangerous bad. The worst. Shame. Not only did they damage my vehicle, they also sent me down the road with no brakes. I was charged thousands in unnecessary and poorly done repairs. The store would not honor their warranty. My car was essentially held hostage for months. I was harrassed and retaliated against by store and regional employees after complaining to corporate. Issue was never resolved. This location was great forever but has gotten increasingly awful due to turnover in the last few years.

Took my car in to have the brakes looked at as they were squeaking constantly and there was a smell of hot metal from friction. Dropped my car off in the morning and received a call that they had done a full car inspection (which was fine) and that I needed multiple things completed, a new engine gasket, and belt tensioner, even including a new engine air filter. None of which were even brake related. When I asked about the problem with my brakes and smell I was told that my rear caliper was out of place and the technician put it back. Next day, squeaking returns. I debated to go back or find a new place, so I waited because I couldn't be without a vehicle that weekend. My rear brakes start grinding constantly now. So I booked a new appointment at at different Firestone, who magically did a whole car inspection and found that my brake pads were worn, rotors worn and calipers fused. They too found the gasket, but not the belt tensioner and mentioned nothing of my engine air filter needing changed. They even found things that needed to be replaced that this location didn't locate. It seemed like the person who had helped me at the 95th street location was overworked and just tried to push cars through as quickly as possible. The one located on 115th is more busy/overbooked.

Won’t allow zero stars. They won’t work on your car unless they provide the parts. Can’t up charge parts they don’t provide.

After going to multiple Firestone stores in the metro area and being disappointed I somehow landed on this one. That was years ago and it has been my choice and often recommended store since. As a woman it's important to me not to feel that I am being talked down to or somehow scammed. These guys are knowledgeable and give honest opinions. I even took the recommendation of the manager, Jeremiah, for a dealership at which to purchase cars. I'm very happy with that recommendation! Update: June 24. My experience at the store last fall after all of the guys I had worked with for years were gone was a terrible experience. Definitely a "she's a woman, she won't know any better" experience. But I did know better and I went somewhere else. Now I am happy to say that individual is no longer there and the excellent new manager, Geoff, once again inspires confidence that I will be treated right and honestly! And for anyone looking, Geoff says he will match any other stores tire price!

I had a good experience at Firestone. Every one was polite and upfront about what needed to be done.

I cannot say enough good things about the Firestone and their Staff at 95 th & Nall Ave Overland Park Ks. I had a diagnostic test done , it checked out ok then when I had trouble with the issue a day later they refunded the diagnostic fee gladly and expressed how badly they felt that it didn’t register any problems at the time of diagnostic. They did all they could and I will continue to use them. The manager will go to bat for his customers no matter what. Very honest and truely caring

Didn't get my original alignment here but went to get it fixed after hitting a pothole that knocked it out. Not only were they not competent enough to align anything beside the tie rods, as well as made the camber and caster worse then when I brought it in. They didn't center the steering wheel before adjusting it so its super crooked just because they were lazy. They also had the audacity to blame the vehicle when another location was able to align it just fine. Will be my last time at this location. (Also they said the front end needs completely rebuilt and that its worn out is why its not alignable, I literally replaced every single part in the front of the vehicle myself and I double checked it afterward and its all fine). If I could give 0 or negative stars I would.
