The entire staff were very helpful and efficient. My vehicle had a challenging issue and they kept searching until they found the problem and were able to fix it. It is impressive how the manager and rest of the staff work as a team. I find that to be rare in this type of environment. It would be unfortunate for the company if any member of the staff should choose to leave, especially the manager. It is obvious the manager and assistant manager are well respected. I hope the company appreciates the integrity and professionalism of these men.

Excellent service and customer PR. They are spot on with their promises of times of completion, and keep communication open and transparent at all times. The prices for services is very competitive and fair. I've been a Firestone customer for over 40 years. In times past I've 'tried' other businesses, but was never as pleased. That's what keeps me coming back. Thanks Firestone!

This place is as corrupt as they get. Took my truck in on 1/23 to see why hot air was only blowing on the passenger side. I even mentioned that I think it could be the blend doors or the heater core. Left it there and Braden called me back about an hour later saying that that was the issue and they were putting them in. He called me back a few hours later stating that that wasn't the issue, that nothing changed. He then asked me if I had put stop leak in my radiator because they noticed some "silver" stuff in it. I told no I had not because it wasn't leaking. He said that they think that is the issue. So me thinking that is what is causing it, I agreed to replace it. He said they weren't charging me for the blend doors bc that is what they quoted me on but it wasn't the issue. I had to call them back later to ask if it was done. They said it was. I went to pick it up and was charged $200 more than what he quoted me over the phone. When I got my truck, I let it warm up a bit then drove it down the road a few miles. Absolutely nothing changed. Still blowing cold air on the driver side. Took the truck back and was told by the manager there that I would have to bring it back tomorrow because he was just filling in from another store. I went back the next day, the 24th and told Braden nothing was fixed. He acted like he didn't know who I was and was short with me and just asked for the keys and said they would call me. When he called me back that evening "they were having phone issues" he said it was blowing hot air now, not sure if it's too my liking but it is blowing hot air. He said they blew the lines out and flushed the heater core. All things that should have been done first before replacing ANY parts. But instead, they charged me over $800 dollars to replace a part that was not in need of replacing, my radiator was not leaking nor was it running hot. Instead of only charging me for the diagnosis and the flush, he said if anytime down the road I wasn't happy with it, we could look into discounting some of the cost of the radiator(which should never have been replaced) to offset the cost of whatever else is done. When I asked how long that deal was good for, Braden said as long as he was at that store. I only went to this place because I have a Firestone card and could put it on there for the time being because I didn't have the cash at the moment to fix it. I was expecting a couple hundred at most for the blend doors if need be, or for them to flush it and that would fix it(which it did). But instead, they took advantage and replaced things that didn't need replacing and charged $800 dollars and then claiming they will discount "some" for future work if need be, knowing they probably won't have to do the work. This review probably won't even get read and if it does, probably get some pre-written excuse and apology, and they won't do anything about it. I'm giving until 1/30 for someone to reach out before I start looking into contacting corporate and looking into what actions I can take. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

1st time here were polite, nice, do great work. We had r car battery chg did it in good time. Checked all r liquid items under hood & filled how nice we didn't get that service at r other Firestone in Raytown.

Braden was willing to work with my extended warranty company to help me get everything covered under my plan. He is always polite, friendly, and very efficient. He followed up with me on a regular basis and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. That is HUGE in my book!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Mario was so rude and blatant with his unconcern. I scheduled to have two tires changed and an oil change. Mario said,” He couldn’t find my tires based off my VIN?, then once I found the tires he then says he can’t put two tires on at a time and didn’t even offer to at least do the oil change”. He was so rude

I would like to give this Firestone location a five star for the young man working on Sunday. He was the only person there but still took a moment to air up my daughter’s tires so that she would have safe travels back to Arkansas. He was very nice young man and didn’t hesitate to help.

I took my mom’s car in today to have them give it the once over. I don’t need her out and about having a problem. The service guy we spoke to was kind, knowledgeable and didn’t sell her anything she didn’t need. We will be going back!

Made an appointment when they were open, didn't get a notice saying that they rejected it or need reschedule, went there as my appointment time then was told that they didn't accept my appointment . And no one gave me a call during 3 day period that I put in my request, my appointment request dinked like a rock, it will be nice to be informed either via email or phone, manager said I have to call him after I placed an appointment, that's not what it says with Firestone's webpage. I bought tires and lifetime service with them, quite disappointed. Hope they can do better next time.

The store manager Brandon or Braden (I can’t remember because it was hectic) literally lent me his own vehicle since my puppy broke his elbow while mine was getting all new tires (which he also provided at wonderful quality and price). Could not recommend this store or those working there enough, especially the manager. He helped me with two major emergencies without even knowing who I was. This is how people should treat each other! Thank you again.

I go here for my alignments and they do a great job every time. Mike was able to work with my last minute schedule changes to get my truck in for same day service. Would highly recommend.
