Shout out to Scott the store manager Kayla and J-Daniel! What a great team here. Sat in their lobby on a Saturday and watched how they interacted with other customers in the shop and on the phone. Very well run operation. I purchased a used Honda and wanted another opinion on the vehicle condition after having Honda do a pre-buy inspection. The Firestone inspection results exactly matched the Honda dealership results and recommendations. I previously purchased tires for my Jeep at Discount Tire. I figured I would get tire prices on this Honda. Scott was able to match some tire prices I didn't think could be beat after calling 4 others local tire shops who couldn't. Scott did! Scott has been with Firestone for 27 years. His knowledge, professionalism and leadership in this shop will have me returning again!

I have had alot issues with my car. However when I took it to them they took care of me and got my car back running properly. All I can say is thanks to everyone there especially the master tech. You and your staff have earned a new customer great service!!!!!
I don't know what it is about this particular firestone but Scott and your team of excellent people deserve nothing but great reviews. Keep up the excellent work. I had a faulty radiator from the manufacturer they fixed it and for this I will be forever grateful thank you much!

A 10/10… Scott and his team went out of their way to help me out. An unexpected dead battery in the parking a lot a little ways away they came to me and jumped my vehicle, went back to the shop and got it replaced in a timely fashion. Very courteous and professional!

Scott and his team of mechanics were amazing. They were able to get my chevy SS back into spec alignment and do it in an amazingly fast manner. The fact they were able to get me in and moving back on the road so quickly. As a person who is also a mechanic, I understand the difficulties that can arise from simple jobs but they were able to get any problems solved and also made me aware of some things that will need addressed in the future. I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism of all the staff and I will definitely be using this Firestone again when any opportunity arises.
I would like to thank all of the team members here at this Firestone, especially the manager Scott for taking the time to discuss what was going to happen during the alignment process. He went above and beyond for me and he has earned a life long customer!

You CANNOT trust these guys. Let me first say I don't know anything about the function of cars and how the operate. Here/s what happened:
My engine misfired and the check engine light was blinking at me. It sounded awful and like my car was gonna explode, so I took it in to this Firestone location because it was close to my work and they could get me in the same day. After running diagnostics, they told me I needed 3 new coils, 6 new spark plugs and a new engine gasket, and quoted me $1,600.
I was shaken, so I called another mechanic I've used in the past that I like. He told me that all of that should cost no more than $1,000, but he also didn't think all that work was even necessary. He said it was probably just 1 coil that needed replacing.
I told Firestone I found the work cheaper elsewhere and took my car back. I drove it home and it drove completely fine. A couple days later I took it into my other mechanic (it was still driving fine) and after running diagnostics, he said they can't find anything wrong with it and that it probably just misfired one time due to the cold weather. He said that's happened to him and all I had to do was turn the car off and back on. He didn't do any work to the car and didn't charge me for anything expect for the diagnostic; however, even if he did do the work, he quoted me literally $1,000 less.
Long story short, you can't trust these guys. They'll rip you off. I go to KC Auto Works in the crossroads if you're curious. They'll do you right and are very cheap compared to others.

Kenneth was so helpful when I came in for my oil change, he was super friendly and made sure I understood everything about the choices and work being done on my car, even without me having to specifically ask. As a woman, I felt completely respected coming to this location (which, as other women may know, is NOT ALWAYS THE CASE!!!)
Very happy with my visit.

Bought a used car and took to firestone for a tune up. Had to have a lot of work as all used cars need but after leaving the car for 2 days & spending a chunk of $1700 on repairs for a 2004 somthing was still wrong with the car. Had a mechanic check it out and with in 5 minutes of him hooking up his computer to it and checking under the car he told me that both the catalytic converters were missing. So how in the heck does a corporate mechanic that runs a check on a car and does a "complete vehicle inspection" so they call it, miss something as big as the catalytic converters missing? Or the chocking smelling amount of gas when driving the car not indicate to a license mechanic that maybe they missed something and should check further into it. So for those of you who are thinking of going to firestone in OP for anything more then an oil change...just dont.

Now I see why they have a 3.8 rating on Google. I walk in I ask for help. I tell them that I have my tire pressure monitoring system is on and I’m not sure what tire it is. He tells me to pull up to Bay one and someone will be able to check my tire pressure for me and let me know what’s going on. I wait for 10 minutes. No one comes out. There’s no one inside customers and there’s only two cars out of the five days so I say that to say they’re not too busy but even after waiting 10 minutes standing outside my car - one shop guy is sweeping and talking to the other shop guy that’s smoking - apparently a possible tire sale is not more Important than smoking or sweeping…. So, I hope in my car and just drive off and go to a gas station because I didn’t get help here. Crazy! Get new people!
