I opened a card for the Ford Service Rewards program and was told I’d be able to use the account right away at the dealer. Turns out that’s not the case. When I went to pickup my truck from service, they weren’t able to look up my account (my card had not yet arrived) and said I needed to call the bank. The bank said they couldn’t help and I had to wait for the card to arrive. I was at the dealer and had to pay, so I used another cc and canceled my fnbo account.

I cant praise this bank and their employees enough to give them the accolades they deserve. I am constantly in contact with them and they are readjusting my accounts to give me the best interest rates in town! I have gotten to know Brenda Bono the Branch Manager over the years and she knows me by name when I enter and is always wanting to help. One of her colleagues Debbie McCarthy has always made every interaction a positive one. Finally, when I went to buy a car and I needed a wire and they flagged several suspicious activities from the seller. They proceeded to share their concerns and then they called the seller and their references to ensure they were legitimate. The seller ended up being the real deal but the information the dealership provided to the bank was reflective of their lack of experience and I think learned a thing or two from the process. I was previously at Central Bank and Bank of America but now I've seen the light and been with FNBO for the last 5 years and it's been amazing. If you are in the market for a new bank, FNBO should be a no brainer!

As a customer I have had mixed experiences here. When she was the mortgage advisor there, Joy was great to work with. Brenda is a superb bank manager. The tellers have been variable. Some are great and some, not so much. However, what prompted me to write this review was their fraud service. This is not a specific reflection of this bank, but I could not find FNBO on yelp.I had fraudulent activity on my ATM card. I reported this as soon as I found out. As of now, the matter is not resolved. (Please see below; the matter has now been resolved). I have been shunted to 3 distinct people and have been on hold for over an hour just to get the huge sum of money that was withdrawn from my account back in my account. Their fraud department fell asleep on the job. They authorized a payment for way more than was in my account, and had to go to a back up account. How could that have even happened? Now I have to deal with the fall out, and I have to say that they are not helping. I am very very disappointed. I thought the advantage of using a small town bank was that they would have your back in a situation like this. Guess I was wrong. If fraud and security are a concern, find a bank with better protection than this one.Quick follow up: After several phone calls resulted in futility I did get someone in the fraud department who listened to me attentively, got her supervisor involved (not on my request) and while I was on hold they worked their way through the phone merry go round and found an investigator who escalated my claim. I am pleased to report the matter has been resolved. I am grateful to the representative who helped me in the Fraud department. I can revise my star rating to 4.5. I do believe the people who monitor ATM and credit card transactions should be more alert.

Love the staff but they close to early every day. My old bank was open till 1 on Saturdays, 630 on Payday Friday and 6:00 during the week.

Monica is one of the best employee this bank have. Customer service at its best....even after hour when the bank is closed; when she was getting out after finishing up her shift to go home on April 04, 2019...I (Taxi driver) pulled up with a customer (a Senior citizen) @5:05pm. With no hesitation She pretty much went back to help the Senior citizen with his needs. She didn't have to do that. But her kindness was noted. Thank you for making that exception for the senior citizen.

This location has good customer service but the actually banking company is ridiculous. I'm glad I switched to CommunityAmerica over this company they wanted 1 year of me trying to build credit and CommunityAmerica did more for me in 2 months than First National Bank could in a whole year. I would never recommend First National Bank.

Don't get a car loan here. My car was stolen and they were unwilling to work with me while insurances worked through their process. I still needed to make monthly payments on a car I didn't have even though my insurance was about to cover the remaining balance on my loan.

Love this bank, and especially this location. Everyone is so friendly and kind, as well as very patient. Monica is amazing! She has helped me out so much. Best bank ever! Love this place!
