Do NOT get a loan with this bank!! If you need to talk to them about a problem you can only talk to the person that you did the loan with. If they aren’t in the office for a week you’re out of luck.
If you call customer service and talk to the loan department they’ll tell you that you have to talk to the person you did the loan with. Total insanity!!!!!

Brenda the branch manager is a PREJUDICE BIGOT. Along with a few members of “her” staff. I have been with this bank for nearly 10 years and the only reason I didn’t leave is because Sherri one of their tellers ironically the only black one told me to not moved banks and treated me the best ever. Brenda allowed her staff to let me sit in the drive thru for 30+ minutes when I came inside the teller at the window said he didn’t believed I banked there. Mind you I have 3 accounts with them. Brenda literally supported his reasoning and then said he didn’t “see me” although I got there at open and was the first of the many cars to pull through. I tried withdrawing $5,000 from my savings they flagged my account for fraud stating “we have to investigate when the funds came from” like how about my business that I’ve have since 2019. Today I called & spoke with Chris to ask why when I made a deposit my posted transactions began to pend again a lowered my balance he was extremely flippant and condescending so I retaliated and began to respond to him in his tone and he nearly fell out and tried pulling the Angry black woman card for me mimicking his facetious tone and attitude. Brenda the bigot who has been in trouble NUMEROUS times for her racial profiling and surprisingly is still employed begins being obnoxious and speaking to me as if I have a mental deficiency of some sort. I politely remind her that I have been a customer for 10 years and her attitude has previously landed her in trouble. She gets defensive and refuses to let me speak stating “ you cut me off” when I’m fact it was my turn to speak after her rambling about what was previously taken care of after fighting with Chris. This is a RACIST branch filled with terrible human beings. I NEVER play the race card as my children are no racial but this is it for I me.

I worked with Alma Springer on a HELOC and although she was friendly, there was very low attention to detail on their end throughout the application process. I've worked with other banks that were much more on top of things.

Tim Munyan was great to work with on my home mortgage application. Easy to get a hold of while fielding every question I had and more. He had my best interests at heart and I have no doubt we will work together again one day. Great experience. Highly recommended.

ATM took $50 and didn’t deposit and maintenance says they couldn’t find it? Hard to believe! Waited two weeks for a call back regarding the situation and they never even called back. Had me on hold with multiple people and when I physically go in there’s no note or any action taken after two weeks. I’ll be closing my account.

The woman in the drive thru was incredibly rude to me. She was angry because I didn't face the bills for my deposit. The deposit was for my work, but if it was my account, I would for sure close it.
