Worse experience of my life!
My mother bought my husband a pair of shoes and somehow the receipt was lost, the box was in perfect condition the shoes were also in perfect condition and the moment we walked up to the associate he was “hateful” my husband and I were discussing what to do either to exchange or get credit and the associate kept yelling and getting loud asking “how can I help you” “what do you need” “what do you want?” I looked at him irritated because he did not even greet us and since we didn’t respond immediately he said “ohh man I’ma have to pull up google translate” in a very rude tone.
My husband has no problem confronting other so he told him I speak English you don’t need google translate. Mind you the manager was right next to him and she did nothing she smiled like if it was normal to descrimkate without even speaking or giving others the time to think to respond.
Never coming here again! And yes I will be telling all my Spanish speaking friends.

Bought some slides. Put em on cause I wanted to wear them. Walked out the store, walked about 100 feet and turned around cause I realized how tight they were. Went in and asked could I exchange a size up and they said no cause they were already damaged lol. No worries. Just took them to the one on ward pkwy and they let me swap them. Lazy manager just didn’t wanna be bothered to help a customer.

Terrible service and definitely do not order online and pick up in store. You can’t use an ID to pick up so if you accidentally give type in your email wrong and don’t have an email with a bar code. Apparently they can’t help you! 🤷♀️

I was going for what I thought would be a routine, in and out shoe buying trip and instead received the absolute WORST customer service.
Went in because my child wanted a pair of regular, generic Air Force 1’s. My husband spots the shoe and goes to the counter to ask if we could get it in the size we needed. The staff member at the counter, Mandy P. promptly goes back to grab/check on that for us…so far so good, right?
Well, she comes back and informs us they don’t have it in that size, so my husband asks if we could get the half sizes on either side of what we needed, to check if either of those will fit. Mandy proceeds to ROLL HER EYES, very blatantly as she asks a coworker to go check for us if they have those. Then that coworker, (the one who will later bring the shoes out) ROLLS HIS EYES. At this point, that’s strike one and two for me, but my child has been looking forward to those shoes.
The coworker brings out the two shoe boxes we asked for, I’m not sure his name, but he then proceeds to SLAM DOWN THE BOXES ON THE TABLE. Like…audibly. Doesn’t address us, just audibly slams them down and walks away. Strike three. I’m ready to leave, but my child sees the shoes and I’m going to have more self control than these employees.
My child tries the shoes, we get the pair that fit and I tell my husband to hand me the boxes so I can go to the counter myself. If Mandy had given me anymore attitude, I would have just had to take a disappointed child over the blatant disrespect. Luckily, she apparently was in a better mood and checked me out with bare minimum expected customer service.
We decided we would not be coming back to this location and instead will either order online or find a whole different retailer, next time shoes are needed.
As far as the store/product, no issues. Again, we were going in for a generic shoe and size in what should have been an easy in/out.

We came to return some shoes and the customer service was AWFUL. Workers were on their phones with several customers in store, nobody wanted to help. We were able to return the shoes, but the girl helping us still ordered them in the wrong size which means we will have to make yet another trip to return and REORDER these shoes. You can’t tell me it’s that hard to work at a shoe store.

No customer service. How do they sale shoes?? Nobody can be bothered to go and get your size. It’s terrible.

Lots of shoes, but the staff is not friendly or helpful. Save the chaos of the mall and horrible slow service and do your shopping online. Very disappointing.
