I was in the store earlier looking for my favorite employee only to find out that she’s leaving due to being over looked for a portion she so very much deserves!!!!! She’s so nice, professional, great customer service and an all around exceptional person. I don’t even want to shop there if she’s not there I’m very heartbroken someone tell me who I need to contact to get my girl that assistant manager position😭😭😭😭

I placed an order online for a pair of shoes. The shoes were the wrong size. I returned them to the closest store as advised by the online customer service rep. The shoes were reordered but were never delivered. The online/phone c.s. reps. were no help at all. I contacted Tyler at the O.P., KS store and he was able to solve my problems quickly, with a great attitude and a lot of empathy.

At 1130 this morning, on 01-18-25, there were 4 employees in this kids footlocker, two at the counter, and the other two running in and out of the back. None wearing name tags
My wife got help from one, who had to go in back to find the size we need, one at the counter said they had one of that size in the back.
After about 5 minutes she came out saying she cant find it, handed the job to another employer then yelled at another customer. The entire time she was on a FaceTime call, and another was just taking a bunch of pictures. There were no customers when we walked in, and only 3 when we left... there was no excuse for the rude, inconsiderate and lazy performance

Why does it take 3 women to ring up one person?I asked the lady for a size in shoes she sets my shoes down and does something else for the next 15-20 minutes. I'm also wondering why it takes another 25 minutes to find my shoe size in the back. Very unprofessionall little girls who work here. I waited for 45 minutes for them to tell me they don't have the shoe size I asked for. Seriously need to fire those little girls and hire some women or men that actually want to help customers. Horrible work ethics.

I visited here today to pick up some AF1s for a lady friend and it was a super pleasant experience. Tenska, Tameya and Cashét were really sweet, funny and helpful. Some of these negative reviews appear to be posted by the classic playa hatin Joco females.These girls were very knowledgeable about the shoes and the conversation and vibe was great. Don't mind the haters, and come here if you need shoes for a kid or if you're a gal shopping for yourself and wear youth sizes. It was a good time. They were wise beyond their years.

And the shoes in this place are very cute and stylish they always got good stuff. The staff is usually very unprofessional especially the women they are pretty rude, don’t even say hi or thank you and are always on their phone in front of customers. The male workers are the only ones who have ever been pleasant and helpful. I go in this store at least once a month and I always experience the staff being rude.
