no plus size in store (ESPECIALLY at a mall) is ridiculous. fat people would like to spend their money too. and actually be able to try on clothes. not be rudely referred to online or a different store. what a joke.

Buyer beware of return policy and lack of concern by staffWe purchased a pair of pants that were not marked as sale or clearance and had the original price tag nor were they located in the clearance areaIt was not until the next day when we tried to return them we were informed they were non returnabledue to they were on clearance. There was no desire to help us or inclination to understand our view point nor we were informed at the time of the sale. Customer service non existent. Will not shop there again

Beware of Forever 21's return policy. What they do must certainly increase their bottom line by not informing buyers of the no return policy at time of purchase. Per the manager, Omar, the policy is behind plexiglass on the counter in a font too small to read or at the bottom of the receipt. They are not required to notify you at the register that an item is on clearance and cannot be returnedNot surprised they have a 3.8 rating

I looked all over the store to find someone to help me, the employee seemed very put out and basically told me to just look around for what I was wanting. I finally found a 2nd employee and showed her pics of 7 dresses from their website which stated they were in stock for her to tell me they didn't carry any of them in store

My daughter bought a shirt here and wore it to the mall the next day. She was walking through The mall and it broke. We went right to the store we had the receipt showing how we just bought and they refused a exchange.

This location has EXTREMELY rude employees. We were yelled at for pulling our mask off for 2 seconds to take a sip of our coffee. I put back the top I was going to get and will not be returning to this location. If you can’t politely treat me as a costumer, you don’t need my money. I will spend it at a store that treats me with respect.

This location is ridiculous. At the store with my entire family including my 4 children and wife, multiple employees complaining about pulling mask to the side to take a breath, returned the mask to proper fitting after catching breath, still received harassment from employees who seemed eager to start a confrontation. I guess I should know what to expect from a group of children running and managing the store ??♂️

The manager Hannah - I wish I could leave 100 reviews for Hannah. What a GEM and what a committed employee. We had a difficult return (darn Apply pay) and Hannah handled the stressful situation with poise, determination, and such a good/can-do attitude! We giggled with Hannah as she maneuvered a solve and are so impressed with her ability to handle a stressful situation (the store was packed) with a smile on her face. Kudos to you Hannah! We need more hardworking individuals like you, you made our day. And kudos to F21 for finding someone like you.
