Dalton was great, been bodybuilding for 2 years now & before he named any product, first asked about my goals & my health. First time that I've had a GNC employee help me that knew what he/she was talking about. I've genuinely never had a fun time shopping for supplements until today, answered any & all my questions & even chopped it up for a bit after the purchase! It's always great knowing you can receive help & knowledge from someone who is into bodybuilding & competes on stage. Most definitely will be back.

Ron was straightforward with me, didn’t try to hustle me to buy anything. He recommended that I start eating more in general before I start taking any protein supplements.

Due to the owner or manager of this particular GNC, I will NEVER step foot in another GNC today. I simply brought my teenage son in to EXCHANGE, not return, a shaker bottle he purchased yesterday because the lid does not snap securely. He asked for the receipt which my son no longer has but I told him it's no big deal, just look up the transaction with the card he used to purchase. He told me this was not possible. My son even showed him the debit transaction which shows he spent x amount at GNC yesterday; the shaker bottle has the GNC logo on it. Again I explained I simply wanted to exchange for a cup with a lid that closes securely. He continually told me there was nothing he could do to which I replied "this is stupid." He accused me of calling him a liar and became enraged that I called him stupid. I repeatedly told him I was not calling HIM stupid, rather the whole situation. He told me to leave his store. I told him I would leave when I was ready. He then grabbed his phone as if to call the police. Needless to say, I told him I would write him a "glowing review" and walked out. This is an all around ridiculous situation- that man needs to understand customer service instead of running customers away.

6/10/2021 I called this location to verify they had a certain product. The associate was helpful and volunteered to put a couple away until I get off of work. I provided my name and telephone number. I arrived around 6:30pm and there was a sign stating they were closed due to a family emergency. I wouldn’t have been upset but my vehicle was being serviced and I had to catch an Uber that costed me $25. When I call to speak to someone about this I got the owner who accused me of lying because “someone closed setting the alarm” Now what he fails to realize is I called the store when I got back home 6:50ish close to 7pm and someone answered stating they came from the Shawnee Mission location due to the original associate’s wife was in a car accident. The arrogance of the owner is the reason I’ll NEVER do business again with any GNC!! He’s rude and doesn’t even know what’s going on in his own establishment. He’s a real CLOWN!

I have been going here for years! Ron always takes the time to explain the products to me and give me his recommendations. He has never steered me wrong! I have gone to other GNCs closer to my home, but his customer service is top notch, so I will continue to see him.

Had to deal with an INCREDIBLY rude and confrontational employee when trying to make a simple return. I bought the wrong flavor and never opened the product. I simply wanted to exchange for the right flavor and I did have my receipt from 1 day earlier. The employee (Sunday evening) said I HAD to provide my email address and ALL personal information. Not just show it for ID purposes but allow it to all be input into their system (unless he wanted it for some other purpose). I told him I didn't want to give it just for an exchange and he became VERY rude and short with me. Even said “Jesus†in an exasperated tone. I assume he gets some kind of bonus for signing people up on an email list? Well it won't be me since I sure as heck didn't give him accurate info. I'll be buying the products somewhere else.
