Came in for a fitting, it was great. Ordered custom irons, they are great. Tried to bring my old clubs back for a trade in…turned away because they only take trades if you are buying new clubs in the same transaction. Spoke to Golf Galaxy customer care and was told absolutely not, they offer trades at any time. In store Dude was rude about it too. Find somewhere that values you as a customer, because this place isn’t it.

My husband was mocked by an older husky man leaning on a counter today. He went over on his lunch break from work to hit some balls, as he is new to the sport. The original people helping him weeks ago told him to not buy a nice club set till you get your swing down because it will change so don’t get fitted yet. So he didn’t. He has purchased other things like balls, a club, some gloves to practice with. This man mocked my husband, yelled at him, and belittled him for asking to use the practice range. There’s so many golf stores in town, we will not be purchasing his new club set here or buying anything else from here ever again. This man needs to be stopped. We are respectful, kind people, and we do not have to be treated like garbage at a store that sells luxury sport items. There’s too many golf stores. We’ll just move on down the road. Good luck with your sales pitch. Find people who actually work well with others and don’t hate humanity. There’s never anyone in the store...now we know why. We have also filed a formal complaint to the regional manager. I have worked with people my entire career, would never treat anyone this way. Disgusting behavior.

I bought my first driver here last year and then spent another $1000 on various items and putter.
The new manager is not friendly. Some of the fitters are fantastic. This is the second time in the last 2 weeks that I was treated rudely. Just got rejected on range time because they “were too busy” (every lane was open) Manager wouldn’t even speak to me, just had the register person tell me they couldn’t do it.
Go to PGA down the street. They’re a ton more friendly and willing to work with you.

Great shop, I got my first clubs here from their used section for pretty cheap. They helped me pick out a set by having me hit in one of their hitting bays and it showed how far the ball went and some other stuff that helped them recommend a set for me.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience taking my nephew to buy a driver here because of Ryan!!! He listened to what we were looking for and gave us options that made the most sense. We appreciated his knowledge and help. We will be back and call ahead to make sure he is available. Give that man a raise.

This store has always had awful customer service and a very “nose up” type of staff. Also wouldn’t replace my snapped shaft under warranty that was less than a year old. Will never be coming back here again.

Went in with a positive/chipper mood ready to buy a new driver. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to help me and they all acted annoyed and kept disappearing. Mind blowing poor customer service for a place that sells premium products.

Bought a driver from golf galaxy and it broke within the first 10 swings. I took it in and they sent it off to get fixed and I told them I wanted to return it and was told I had to wait until it came back from Ping. When it came back a month later than they told me it would, they would not let me return it. They also did not follow through on their customer satisfaction guarantee warranty. Very disappointed with Golf Galaxy and will never shop there again.

Worst customer service I've eve experienced. My son was testing demo fairways/hybrids to find gap between irons and driver. multiple associates just ignored us and helped "adults" instead". Got through half the possible clubs and some grumpy old lazy panting guys told us we were done hitting balls and they wouldn't give us more. At this point there were more employees than customer in store and 3 open hitting stations, so not like any else waiting and certainly no line trying to buy the same LH demo clubs that they will likely never move! How insulting to my kid. So now we know at least which club he liked best and will go buy online. Will never set foot in a Golf Galaxy again.
