My wife and I usually get a 16 inch penny club and split it. This is the only good cents that we've been to that insists if it has any different dressings (lettuce, tomatoes and ranch on half and lettuce onions, pickles and honey mustard on the other) that it cannot be charged as a 16 inch but must be two separate 8 inch subs. This would not be as much of a problem if we were told from the start but they did not tell us this until the sandwich was already made.

I really like their hot sandwiches ? and hot hot soup ? also for dessert chocolate cookie. Their store is extremely clean, fast service I give all services 5/5 keep up the good work.

I usually go to a different Goodcents location but this was close so stopped here. I ordered two sandwiches and asked that the 16” be dressed differently on the two halves. They told me they don’t do that and I would need to buy two 8” sandwiches. Same meat, same cheese, just looking for a few different toppings. I’ve never had trouble with this at other Goodcents locations. In the end they agreed to do it once but said they wouldn’t do it again.Top top it off, they overcharged me for one of the sandwiches. I submitted their survey letting them know, but no one bothered to follow up and make it right.I’ll stick to the Prairie Village location in the future.

Everyone in the family who ate at Goodcents this day ended up sick. Dining area was clean, but can't confirm the food prep area was sanitary. I wouldn't post this if it was just me that got sick, but only my family members that ate lunch together that day from Goodcents ended up getting sick that evening.

They don't give sides of sauce. If you want to have a sandwich to save for later expect soggy bread.

Service was terrible. Everything was fine until my sandwich was passed to a younger pretty arab lady, she wasn't paying attention whatsoever, proceeded to put mayo on the counter instead of the sandwich cause she was focused on another person, also drowned it in mayo when I asked for light. Cut the sandwich way before I was done, put the same seasoning on three times when I asked for salt, pepper and the mixed seasoning. Honestly this employee should be fired, what the absolute hell was that.

This place has good fresh hot sandwiches!I found this Goodcents restaurant while searching for a place to grab some lunch near the Rehabilitation Hospital of Overland Park. It is a family owned business with a great atmosphere, awesome customer service and fresh sandwiches! My sandwich was delicious! It was made perfectly with fresh bread and fresh ingredients. I have been back a second time and plan on going back again. Please support this family owned Goodcents restaurant. The food and customer service are awesome! They may be a little difficult to see but they are right off of the Roe and 435 exit in Overland Park, Kansas in the Fox Hill Center.

Don’t bother ordering online, this location has no system and just ignores the online orders they get. It will be faster to just go inside. I waited an additional 15 minutes on top of the 20 minutes their system gave after my order was submitted. Was shrugged off and told “it is going to be a while” when I came in. Terrible customer service. Go to a different location.
